Lubenia for Children - creation of new places of pre-school education in the Lubenia Commune

Main objective: Increasing the number of pre-school education places by 12 new places along with adaptation and retrofitting of the PLO, extending the PLO offer with additional classes and increasing the competences of the staff in the field of special pedagogy in the period up to 31.08.2025. The creation of new places will take place in the existing PLO premises base, and 12 new places will be created in detail in Group 1 of the PLO. Group 1 on the day of submitting the application has 13 pre-school education places, which the Conducting Authority, on the basis of the diagnosis carried out, intends to extend to 25 pre-school education places. The target group of the project will be children participating in pre-school education, children of pre-school age (in accordance with the Education Law) and their guardians, teachers and management staff supporting and organizing the teaching process of pre-school education centers, pre-school education centers, parents and guardians of children of pre-school age. The aim of the project will be achieved through 4 tasks: 1. Improving the qualifications of PLO staff: a) COURSE – 1 person – sensory integration b) COURSE – 1 person – hand therapy c) COURSE – 1 person – art therapy 2. Creation of new extracurricular activities in the PLO, including: a) purchase of necessary equipment for additional classes b) remuneration for additional classes 3. a) adapting the PLO equipment to a larger number of pupils (in connection with the creation of new places under the Project), i.e. - chairs (12 pcs.), table (2 pcs.), rack (with cabinets), cloakroom rack (2 pcs.), carpet. 4. Indirect costs ____________________ There is no de minimis aid in the project. The activities planned and undertaken in the project only affect the local market and therefore do not affect the distortion of competition and trade between Member States. Therefore, not all the conditions determining the existence of de minimis aid in the project are met.
