The aim of the project is to improve the quality of general education of 317 students of 177K 140M (from 5 primary schools class I-VIII (SP) from the area of Tuszów National Municipality (GTN), from Podkarpackie Province (i.e. SP in Maliń - within the ZS in Maliń, SP in Tuszów Nar. - as part of ZSP in TN, SP in Jaślany as part of ZSP in Jaślany and SP in Czajkowa and SP in Borki Niźińskie), at least 55 teachers (47K 8M) and 103 parents, through the implementation of comprehensive educational programs that respond to the diagnosed needs, problems and barriers of the target group, taking into account their special educational needs. The project includes developing classes for gifted students, i.e. - musical - 5 SP - mathematical - 2 SP (SPTN and SPCz) compensatory classes, i.e.: therapeutic (logopedic, corrective - compensatory, psychological) - 5SP - from Polish for students returning from abroad (SPTN) - from English (SPTN, ZM, ZSJ, SPCz) - from corrective gymnastics (SPTN, ZSM, ZSJ, SPCz). The classes planned in the project are a response to the changes that are taking place not only in education, but also in the modern world, which are largely a consequence and consequence of the COVID pandemic period (e.g. lack of knowledge, mental problems related to isolation, the internet used without supervision - lack of knowledge about cyberthreats, lack of movement and deepening attitude flaws, lack of opportunities to develop their abilities and interests, etc.) The above, new problems also concern learners who should be better prepared to help the learner, hence the project provides for various, tailored to the needs, reported by the learners themselves workshop training. They are a response to the demand indicated by the learners themselves as part of the diagnosis, and result from the changing realities of school work and the need for further education in this area. In addition, the project provides for the implementation of special workshops, responding to the diagnosed needs of learners, teachers and parents, in response to changing needs and threats, in a modern school, to which they often remain powerless, i.e. - on cybersecurity for learners, learners and parents - 5 SP - Peer-to-peer violence and cyberviolence, "Teenager in crisis" (Depression, low self-esteem, psychological problems), "Innovative and activating methods to teach in the implementation of key competences" (teaching through games and play) , "Occupational burnout" - proposed training (final choice and form through teach. 5 of SP). The implementation of the assumed tasks will contribute to improving the quality of education of pupils, teachers and parents by 30 July 2026. This comprehensive support, assumed to be implemented as part of the project, will contribute to eliminating problems and barriers and broadening and developing UP skills, which will undoubtedly pay off in the future. In order to properly and comprehensively implement the assumed tasks, the project also assumes the purchase of the necessary equipment. 5 SP (staff and students) conducted a self-assessment using the SELFIE tool. The project responds to the diagnosed needs of the target group, i.e.: - improving access to developing and compensatory classes for students - improving access to workshops developing learner, birth and learn skills. Limitations in the development of musical abilities - Limitations in the development of mathematical abilities of the learner. - lack of tools and a suitable place to conduct speech therapy, psychological and pedagogical therapy - low awareness of students, parents and teachers in the field of cybersecurity - language barriers for children returning from abroad for whom the Polish language was not leading - problems of students with learning English - a sharp increase in the number of children with posture defects - lack of opportunities for learning to expand their knowledge in the changing world
