We are building the future - the Knowledge Impulse. Support for the development of key competences of primary school students in the Lubenia Commune.

Main objective: Improving the quality of services and educational offers in 3 primary schools of the municipality of Lubenia by implementing a comprehensive development program by 31.08.2025. The implementation of the development program aimed at improving the quality of education in 3 SP Lubenia Commune was preceded by an in-depth diagnosis carried out in schools in the period 09-10.2023, including also surveying and meetings with parents and carers. The development programme shall consist of: - support for students in the acquisition and development of key competences - in the field of foreign languages, mathematics, as well as cultural expression (rhythms, dance, music and creative activities), - training and courses for students leading to the acquisition, confirmation of competences and qualifications - in the form of intensive holiday courses, - support for students in increasing knowledge about the climate and supporting the development of ecological skills and competences - a block of natural and ecological classes combined with attractive study visits based on the concept of workshop and experience. - psychological and pedagogical support and improvement of professional competences of teachers, training "Attractive classes - motivated pupil", - implementation of programs on counteracting pathological phenomena at school and inclusion of parents in the school's activity - training for parents / legal guardians of pupils "Supporting home - How to motivate a child to learn and develop interests", "My child on the Internet", addressing cybersecurity issues. - equipping the studio with the missing equipment necessary for education. The project supports schools, their staff and pupils based on the individually diagnosed needs of each school in the context of equalising educational opportunities for disadvantaged pupils. The key issue is the pedagogy of parents, networking activities and equal opportunities for students from single-parent, dysfunctional families, as well as activities supporting teachers, in terms of working with the project method, working with a student with special needs, modern didactic techniques, primarily in terms of equipment purchased under the project. The project was preceded by an in-depth diagnosis, during which individual problems of each school were identified in the context of students' results and needs, motivation, didactic facilities, architectural barriers, perspectives and family support, poverty and social problems. Due to the small territorial area of the project intervention, many problems are common and they concern in varying intensity a significant part of students (detailed results - diagnosis), including the problem of poverty, the lack of opportunities for constructive spending of free time, prospects. The project mitigates financial barriers (access to attractive educational activities), social and cultural exclusion due to income or family problems (foreign study visits enabling students to understand the issues of ecology and climate change from a broader European perspective), communication barriers (offering interesting classes in schools, without the need to travel to Rzeszów), expanding the offer of classes to include students with special needs, classes in the design, multimedia, outdoor formula, conducted by experiment. Counteracting the problem of physical inactivity (creative classes - developing cultural expression, rhythm, dance, music). Lack of equipment and didactic resources (purchase of equipment and didactic resources as part of the project), the need to support teachers and parents in the didactic and educational processes (training, psychological support), networking of parents, building a solid foundation of key competences increasing the prospects of students after leaving primary schools participating in the project. The project will contribute to a lasting improvement in the quality of general education in one of the municipalities of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship.
