The main goal of the project is to increase employment opportunities and active participation in social life by 30.04.2026. – professional 105[60K/45M] persons from 18 years of age, without employment (52 pers. BB and 53 pers. BZ, which additionally meet one of the conditions resulting from the def. of the person at risk of poverty/social exclusion indicated in the Regulations for the selection of projects), at risk of poverty and social exclusion, including at least 10[6K/4M] persons with disabilities [ON], residing in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship [WP], in the Jasielskie County [POWIAT], through the implementation of individualized and comprehensive support for active integration. The objective will be achieved by carrying out the following tasks: 1. Diagnosis of problem saturation and development of IŚR 2. Group competency trainings. 3. Individual counselling: psychological, legal and professional (in the form of jobcoaching) 4. Vocational Training 5. Traineeships 6. Personal employment 7. Mentoring by 8. Supported employment. The main objective is consistent with the objective of Action 7.15 and will directly contribute to the achievement of CP4.H - "Promoting active social inclusion to promote equal opportunities, non-discrimination and active participation, and enhancing employability, in particular of disadvantaged groups", through tailor-made support to the needs of recipients and the regional labour market, which will allow the UP to: *resolve problems hindering or preventing active participation in society and taking up employment, *acquire/adapt existing competences/qualifications to the needs of employers, *acquire professional experience, *maintain employment. Main results of the project: The analysis of the situation (including the diagnosis of problems, needs, expectations and barriers) and project assumptions (target group and scope of support) was based on available research, publications and statistics (critical analysis of secondary sources), experience and knowledge of the Applicant gained from the project implementation. ESF (including in the thematic area, for the benefit of the same target group and in the area of WP-also Pow.jasielskiego) and consultations with potential project participants and project promoters of social and professional activation in WP, as well as with institutions dealing with supporting people from the target group. The area of project implementation is the Jasielskie district, experiencing cumulative social problems (belonging to the districts with the largest number of population benefiting from social assistance), as well as struggling with difficult saturation on the labour market (unemployment rate much higher than the average for the WP)[1,7].
