The project fits in with the objective of the priority Technical assistance which is to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the regional programme FEP 2021-2027 Project type: 3.Support for the preparation and development of strategy papers for the implementation of ITI Facility projects under FEP Priority 6 specific objective 5(i). The grant will result in obtaining the final document constituting the ITI Strategy for the municipalities of MOF Jarosław-Przeworsk approved/adopted by the competent authority of the ITI Association. The aim of the project is to create conditions for the development of Jarosław-Przeworsk MOF municipalities by developing a territorial strategy, i.e. ITI Strategy for the Jarosław-Przeworsk MOF Association for the years 2024-2030, which form four municipalities, i.e.: The city of Jarosław, the city of Przeworsk, the commune of Przeworsk and the commune of Pawłosiów. The ITI Strategy for the MOF will be in line with the Guidelines for the implementation of territorial instruments in Poland developed by the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Finance in the EU financial perspective for 2021-2027. The ITI strategy for the Jarosław-Przeworsk MOF for 2024-2030 will include: 1.a synthesis of the diagnosis of the area of ITI implementation, together with an analysis of development problems, needs and potentials, including economic, social and environmental interlinkages, 2.the objectives to be implemented under the ITI take into account the integrated approach, expected result and output indicators, links with the relevant programme, 3.a list of projects with information on how they are selected and how they are linked to other projects, 4.funding sources, 5.conditions and procedures applicable to the implementation of the ITI Strategy, 6.carrying out a public consultation of the strategy document with an environmental impact forecast, 7.a description of the involvement of social and economic partners and relevant bodies representing civil society, working for environmental protection and responsible for promoting social inclusion, fundamental rights, the rights of persons with special needs, gender equality and non-discrimination in the work on the preparation and implementation of the ITI Strategy, and a report on its public consultation. In the project, the service of developing the ZIT MOF Strategy will be commissioned to a selected contractor, thanks to which the MOF Association will gain the opportunity to increase the competences of office employees, through cooperation with a professional external company. The applicant's staff will be involved in the process of preparing the Strategy, will actively participate at every stage of the service implementation, which will translate into an increase in knowledge and skills, and at the same time will contribute to increasing local identity and conducting effective activities for the development of the Jarosław-Przeworsk MOF communes.
