The project includes the development of the Integrated Territorial Investment Strategy for the Municipal Functional Area Sanok - Lesko. In accordance with the provisions of the inter-municipal agreement concluded on 6 April 2023 by the municipalities forming the Integrated Territorial Investments of the Sanok-Lesko Municipal Functional Area on the ITI Union aimed at further cooperation between the local government units of the Sanok-Lesko Municipal Functional Area for the implementation of tasks under the Integrated Territorial Investments in the years 2021 to 2027, the leader of the agreement of the Municipality of the City of Sanok was required to select the Contractor of the ITI Strategy and coordinate the work related to its development. The main objective of the project is to develop the Integrated Territorial Investment Strategy MOF Sanok - Lesko. In accordance with the European Funds for Podkarpackie Programme 2021-2027, the implementation of the ITI instrument in Podkarpackie Province concerns: Priority 6 Territorially sustainable development – projects selected on a non-competitive basis based on territorial strategies under Specific Objective 5(i) Fostering integrated and inclusive social, economic and environmental development, culture, natural heritage, sustainable tourism and security in urban areas. The ITI strategy of the Sanok-Lesko Municipal Functional Area is a basic operational document for units forming the MOF, outlining the directions of development in the long-term perspective. Thanks to this strategy, local governments associated within the MOF Sanok-Lesko can implement integrated projects that contribute to the development of the entire functional area and improve the quality of life of its residents. Therefore, the Sanok-Lesko ITI MOF Strategy directly contributes to increasing the administrative capacity of beneficiaries, i.e. Municipalities forming the Municipal Functional Area Sanok - Lesko. The implementation of the project is in accordance with the provisions of: - FEP 2021-2027 Priority 9 Technical assistance (ERDF) and ICZM provisions aimed at ensuring effective and efficient implementation of the regional programme European Funds for Podkarpackie 2021-2027, Strengthening the competences of beneficiaries (including potential) and partners by supporting the preparation and development of strategic documents for the implementation of projects under the ITI Instrument in FEP Priority 6 under Specific Objective 5 (i). The material scope of the project includes the development of the Integrated Territorial Investment Strategy of the Municipal Functional Area Sanok - Lesko by an external contractor.
