Pomeranian Export Broker 2030

The aim of the Pomeranian Export Broker 2030 is to develop the export activity of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises from the Pomeranian Voivodeship. The project assumes organizing trips of companies to international fairs, missions, conferences and other economic events. During the seminars, entrepreneurs gain knowledge and develop competences in the field of internationalization. A significant part of the project consists of grants enabling companies to implement individually planned export development activities. Pomeranian Export Broker 2030 is a continuation of the Pomeranian Export Broker project implemented in 2016-2023. Based on his experience, the system was remodeled to take care of a smaller group of companies with the greatest export potential, targeting industries important for the development of the voivodship, with particular emphasis on the development potential of offshore wind energy and shipbuilding. An important element of the next edition of the system is the identification of 2-3 industry groups for which the offer will be created (including: networking meetings, trips to fairs, missions, conferences; , seminars, organisation of incoming missions). Working in industry groups opens up more opportunities to access new markets - companies have the opportunity to establish partnerships, pool their potential and exchange experiences, which will allow them to work more effectively. Support in the project is also focused on new business opportunities, which include: participation of Pomeranian companies in tenders of international organizations (e.g. UN, NATO) and building international partnerships for innovation projects funded by the European Commission. Companies gain access to new technologies, knowledge, resources and contacts. The offered support provides for the organization of networking meetings and seminars, participation in events of international organizations, consultations on European Commission programs, trips with companies to brokerage meetings, conferences. Grants for enterprises play a key role in the project. The support applies both to undertakings preparing companies for specific export activities, as well as those related to the search for foreign business partners. The project promotes digital forms of export, i.e. e-export and e-commerce. The main point of this area is the presentation of Pomeranian exporters on a virtual platform and the organization of information seminars. The activities carried out under the project are supported by initiatives promoting Pomeranian companies, carried out, among others, through: website, audiovisual material, media campaigns. The project also includes studies and analyses that allow monitoring the export activity of SMEs in the region. These include the assessment of companies in terms of internationalization and the implementation of commissioned analyses of foreign markets. In order to strengthen cooperation on foreign markets, it is important for the project to build relations with organizations associating entrepreneurs abroad and local Business Environment Institutions preparing economic events for companies from Pomerania. Pomeranian Export Broker 2030 is a strategic undertaking for the development of the region. More than 500 companies from the Pomeranian Voivodeship will benefit from the project.
