The main objective of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of 1141 unemployed people (776 women and 365 men) from the city of Gdańsk and the Gdańsk county. The specific objective is to improve access to employment and activation measures for all jobseekers, young people, in particular by implementing the Youth Guarantee (in particular by addressing diagnosed digital skills gaps), the long-term unemployed and disadvantaged groups in the labour market, as well as inactive people, and by promoting self-employment and the social economy. The project is aimed at improving access to employment and activation activities and improving the professional development of unemployed residents of the city of Gdańsk and the Gdańsk county. The project will provide high-quality services and labour market instruments to people registered with the Gdańsk Labour Office, in order to increase their chances of finding employment.
