MAIN ACCOUNTS USED IN THE PROJECT: •Project • Pom./WP-Pomorskie •UM/UM Brusy– Brusy Municipal Office •GD/gr doc– gr target •UP– project participant •K– woman/s •M– man/s •os– person/s •ON/OzN– person/s with disabilities The main objective of the project is to improve the functional status by at least 90% of the 55 employees of the Applicant – Brusy Municipality (working at the Municipal Office in Brusy), including 38K, 17 M by covering them with activities aimed at eliminating health risk factors in the workplace in the period from 01.03.2025 to 31.12.2025, so that at least 90% of UP (at least 50 people) will continue to work for the Applicant. Real.proj will contribute to the specific objective ESF+.CP4.D for measure FEPM.05.05- ‘Supporting the adaptation of workers, enterprises and entrepreneurs to change, promoting active and healthy ageing and a healthy and well-adapted working environment that takes into account health risks’: thanks to the UM project, it will be equipped with ergonomic equipment ensuring a healthy working environment, i.e. health risks, and workers will receive support increasing their health safety at the workplace. Project activities: 1. EQUIPMENT OF WORK POSITIONS TO ENSURE ERGONOMY AND WORK SECURITY 2. ELIMINATION OF HEALTHY RISK FACTORS IN THE WORK PLACE - INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT 3. ELIMINATION OF HEALTHY RISK FACTORS IN THE WORKING PLACE - Psychosocial WORKSHOPS 4. COOPERATION WITH WORK MEDICAL SERVICE SPECIALISTS 5. INTERMEDIATE ACTIVITIES- project management, recruitment, inf-promotion activities: e.g. inf on the Applicant's website (adapted to WCAG 2.1); inf granted in the project office and during meetings (in places without barriers) The project was prepared on the basis of the Diagnosis of health risk factors occurring in the Municipal Office in Brusy (i.e. the employer of the project and its employees), prepared in writing by the Municipal Office in Brusy between 08.07.2024 and 19.07.2024 and approved on 22.07.2024 by the Mayor of Brus (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Diagnosis’). Data Sources in Diagnosis: *own study: interviews and surveys among 55 employees of UM Brusa interested in the project employed in adm.-office positions - sedentary mode of work, at the computer (37 questions, including open ones, the surveys were based on, among others: Ergonomic Computer Post – Survey, Central Institute for Labour Protection – National Research Institute and Ergo Test – Work Better, Ergonomy in shaping the working conditions of OSH at workstations equipped with screen monitors) *staff data on employees of UM Brusa, including the number of works from gr –eg. ON, os 50+ *data on the inventory of equipment held by UM and employer's opinion Diagnosis taking into account the current and forecast needs of the employer (UM in Brusy) and its employees planned to be supported in the project. Activities in the project will be carried out based on the results of this Diagnosis. The tasks, the type and quantity of equipment purchased, the number of persons covered by the project and individual activities were determined on the basis of the results and conclusions from the above. Diagnosis. Conclusions and results from the Diagnosis were included in the content of the application, in particular in the parts of the Target Group with the continuation of the description to this part.
