The main goal of the project is to implement inclusive education involving support for students with disabilities, behavioural and emotional disorders and learning difficulties in 21 schools located in the Pomeranian Voivodeship in the City of Słupsk (SP1,SP2,SP3, SP z od. Integr.4, Zesp.School-pre-school No.5, SP6, SP8, SP9, SP with branch. It's an integrator. Nr10, SP11, SP16, SOSW Unicef, 1LO, 2LO, 4LO, 5LO, ZST, ZSE, ZSMiL, ZSBiKU,ZS ‘Elektryk’) within the period 01.04.2024-30.09.2027 by implementing the following actions (KRYT.FORM 1.2.1.1.-PODSTAW.): -comprehensive system of implementation of inclusive education (EW) in institutions using the potential of PPP through the provision of training, workshops, supervision for 800 N-li and staff-including, where appropriate, universal design and rational adaptations in education, -introduction of the above-mentioned system of psychological assistance. in cooperation with PPP by preparing N-li and staff to work with UCZ with special needs (UzSP) in 21 institutions in the city of Słupsk, -psychoeducation of parents in the field of behavioral disorders and emotions of UCZ-parental support, -permanent improvement of competences of N-li and specialists in the form of postgraduate studies, training, workshops, -direct support of 520 UCZ with the cooperation of PPP, -support of 150 UCZ in the field of professional counseling with the use of resources available for ZPE (KRYT.STRAT3.4.obsz.), -providing assistant services, -providing access to modern equipment, teaching aids and educational materials for inclusive education in institutions. The project will result in overcoming or significantly alleviating the problems identified in the project. The target group of the project will be 520UCZ(236K) and 800 (632K) N-li and prest. staff of the above-mentioned institutions as well as parents and legal guardians of children and young people-150 people. In the diagnosis of relocations in institutions, problems related to: -lack of properly trained staff (concerning N-L skills to work with UzSP and behavioral and emotional disorders), -insufficient number of psychologists and special educators, -lack of tools and equipment for conducting specialist classes, -insufficient availability of support for UzSP educational and developmental, -lack of cooperation and often contact with parents regarding the development and support of UzSP, -lack of innovative tools for learning for UCZ with learning difficulties and integration (inclusion in public education) in order to motivate and increase commitment, The specific problems, needs and forms of support proposed in the application fit into the assumptions of the strategic action plan in the area of education policy of the City of Słupsk for the year 22/23, which is to lead to equal educational opportunities. It highlights, among others, the need for actions to protect and strengthen the mental health of children and young people, the organization of meetings between parents and specialists in cooperation with PPP, intensification of work with students from the risk group, which will reduce the level of negative emotions and affect effective functions.
