Inclusive education in Bytów commune

It seems that schools have had a lot of time to prepare for the support of pupils[U] with special needs in education and psychfics.[SPE].Unfortunately, despite the reforms and indicating the directions of development of education systems, they still do not have sufficient support.U parents from OPKS do not want to send children[D]to special schools.They want the general school in which they learn to be as close as possible to home and prepare it for an independent and dignified life.Similarly, the number of UPS opinions is also growing.[SP]gm.Bytów[GB].Number U from OPKS and with the risk of inadequacy. in IX2010 was 40, currently 92.Lawinowo also the number of UPP opinions is increasing. PPP and IPET.U with opinions of PPP have almost no classes[ZAJ]equivalent to their chances.The number of specialists in our SP is too small to be needed,i.e. at 6SP+1filia we have psychologists on 2,72etatu, which at 1U gives about 1min./week./U, and even if we assume that they are only for U with SPE it gives 4min./week./U.Similarly logopedzi (3,15etatu),therapists pedag.(1,93etatu),pedag. specj.(3,1etatu).Not all U despite recommendations have n-eli co-organization. education.The above results from a lack of funds for w/w activities.Received subw. education. is not enough to provide the necessary support.In Bytowie there is 1PPP for the whole district-a diagnosis is waiting there. U with SPE; Lack of appropriate conditions and equipment in SP GB for realization. fully educated, including lack of understanding of its idea; Insufficient number of n-eli specialists in SP GB and lack of ability to work with U with SPE. PR.Purpose of PR: through 36 months of implementation of education. including in SP GB through the inclusion of 168UzN, under-representation, behavioral and emotional disorders, difficult to learn additions. therapy, ACA and support and 24n-eli with these SPs improvement in preparation for work with the above-mentioned U. PR Department: increase in the number of n-eli co-organizations. education, psychology, pedagogy; inclusion of U with SPE zaj.therapist. and equalization of their educational opportunities and with dor.zaw.; improvement of n-elimination; improvement in SP conditions and equipment for therapy and support U with SPE.The most important effects of PR: obtaining by 24n-eli qualifiers./company; support 168U with SP GB.In IX2023, we conducted a PAPI survey among U parents from SPE and n-eli from SP GB on the legitimacy of support from PR.The participation of 87parents(77K,10M) and 38n-eli(36K,2M):100%positive.assessed the planned actions,100% indicated the adequacy of the action to the needs
