Active without barriers IV

The aim of the project is the inclusion/approximation to the labour market of 31.03.298r.380 adults (aged 16+) affected by risk/poverty/social exclusion (i.e. economically inactive persons benefiting from social assistance benefits in accordance with the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance or eligible for social assistance support, with disabilities (ON), persons under temporary protection in Poland in connection with the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine) residing in the municipalities of Malbork, Lichnowy,Miłoradz,Nowy Staw,Gardeja,Ryjewo,Prabuty. The objective will be achieved through the implementation of a comprehensive social-occupational activation programme consisting in providing project participants (OPs) with active inclusion services of a social nature (i.e. social support based on a social contract, information services, voluntary activities) and professional (vocational training/courses/postgraduate studies, job placement, 3 and 6-month placements). The programme was developed on the basis of the cross-sectoral experience of the partners. The commune of Malbork,Nowy Staw,Prabuty,Lichnowy,Miłoradz,Ryjewo,Gardeja are areas with an above-average level of social exclusion in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, and Malbork is a middle city losing social functions and a commune threatened with permanent marginalization. In the Malbork and Kwidzyn districts, about 349 people work for 1000 people, in the voivodship-392 (GUS, 31.XII.2022).In the Malbork district, there are more than 6 registered jobs for 1 declared place of work, and in Kwidzyn - 10. A small number of large workplaces have a negative impact on employment opportunities (6 Malbork entities - GUS data, 31.08.2023).Unemployed persons from Malbork, Lichnowy, Nowy Staw and Miłoradz constitute 82.60% of those registered in the district (data 08.2023,MRiPS-01), which clearly shows the importance of the problem occurring in these areas. In this group: 67.39% are women, 67.33% persons.long-term unemployed,41.80% persons without professional qualifications 20.38% without professional experience,19.51% having a dependent person under care, 11.45% persons with disabilities,2.25% migrants from Ukraine,1.67% persons using MOPS.In the Poviat of Kielce it is similar (data 08.2023, MRiPS-01)40.20% registered are residents of the municipality of Gardeja,Prabuty,Ryevo. 67.32% of them are women,8.9% of them are incomplete,59.4% unemployed,1.5% benefiting from OPS, 38% having a dependent person under care). The balance of arrivals and departures to work in Malbork is 396, in Kwidzyn + 2 471 – which means that Kwidzyn is a city with potential for employment(Source: CSO, 31.XII.2022). The need to target support here is confirmed by the number-number of families that received help from the TSO (data for 22r.)-Malbork-3132, Miłoradz-508,Lichnowy-430,Nowy Staw-343,Prabuty-1987,Ryjewo-156, Gardeja-643. Unfortunately, support from the MOPS is selective and formalized.People from the target group often do not know what support they can benefit from or minimally exceed income trials. The region is also inhabited by Migrants from Ukraine, who also require immediate support (Malbork-710os(99%K,30%children-Starostwo Pow-Mk,-report15.09.23r.),Gardeja-37,Ryjewo-31,Prabuty-20 (OPSY09.23) A survey conducted among residents of the MOF Malbork-Sztum as part of a public consultation showed that a key aspect regarding the labour market was negatively assessed by respondents, i.e. less than half of the respondents badly/very badly assessed the possibility of obtaining employment in the MOF (Developmental Strat.Pow.Malb.2030-ZIT-projekt). As a result, min.361(217K,144M)UP will improve its social situation, 220(132K,88M) UP will start job search, 107 (65K,42M) people will get employment, 20 (12K, 8M) will acquire qualifications. The project will be implemented in accordance with the ‘do no significant harm’ principle.Respecting and respecting the environment.Partners will ensure, among other things, that energy is saved during the implementation of activities and that paper consumption is kept to a minimum. The project takes into account current EU guidelines and legislation, including the programming documents relevant to this call.
