The project implemented by TPBA near Gdańsk, running the Social Integration Centre in Sopot in cooperation with the partners MOPS Sopot and PUP Gdynia (non-financial cooperation) aims to support active social inclusion and increase employability, in particular of disadvantaged groups. As part of the project, comprehensive support for social activation - profession will be implemented. 300 pers.(165 K, 135 M),(a.s. 30 pers.x 10 editions x half a year) of residents of Sopot and Gdynia through the implementation of Individual Social Employment Programs in the existing Social Integration Center in Sopot, in accordance with the Social Employment Act. The following will take part in the project: in the crisis of homelessness, addicts, people with mental disorders, long-term unemployed, non-working, dismissed from ZK, refugees, people with disabilities (Z,U.L) (U,P)(120 people), and subject to social exclusion due to their difficult life situation (persons referred to in Article 1 paragraph on social employment).The above group is in a very disadvantaged employment situation and experiences multiple social exclusion. A common problem of the group is social isolation, passivity, helplessness, unemployment, low sense of: agency, values, social utility, low economic status, often addictions, stigmatisation, lack of motivation to change, inadequate qualifications and skills in the labour market , lack of job-search skills, exclusion It, and in the case of refugees: trauma, lack of knowledge of Polish (exclusion research -TPBA). The answer to the above problems is the opportunity to take part in a comprehensive social reintegration program - a profession offered by the CIS. As part of the individualised support on the basis of the IPZS CIS, participants will improve their social and professional competences, which will lead to improved social functioning, improved well-being and sustainable employment (minimum 84 people) (30 people qualifications).IPZS will be implemented through recruitment, professional and social reintegration activities. The tasks carried out by PUP and MOPS will contribute to the effective recruitment of support for project participants.
