SAFE TOGETHER! PROFESSIONAL PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION ALWAYS IN THE PROTECTION OF YOUR WORKING RIGHTS

Objective: Strengthening the potential of the Gdańsk Region of NSZZ ‘Solidarność’ (Solidarity Trade Union), a social partner, through activities aimed at professionalising activities carried out by the Association (ZZ) for its members and improving its image, i.e. schools for ZZ activists in communication and media communication. Gr.doc: Members of the ZZ registered in the structures of the RG from the area of voivodeship Pom. Diagnosis of problems faced by ZZ activists from the RGZ and elaboration of recommendations are the basis for the implementation of the project. Problem situation: -High average age of members~43l., activists ZZ~49l. In gr.wiek: 18-24 only 3% belong to ZZ, gr.25-34-7%. The ability to respond to the challenges of the demographer is crucial for RG, among others through schools and the development of future leaders of ZZ and rejuvenation of the image of ZZ. (Trade unions in public perception, Survey report in 6 countries, 2019) -Changes in housing-suppression of large companies by SMEs (99.8% are SMEs, 97.2% micro-enterprises)causes a decrease in the number of commissions and a decrease in unionisation (reason: possibility of setting up a ZZ at min. 10os) (own data:number of works commissions at 12.2022-322KZ, currently 303KZ) -The low number of members means lower financial revenues and lower opportunities for ZZ leaders to train, improve their competences or run educational and image campaigns in the external media. One of the main tasks of the RG is to support its members in the fight for better working conditions and wages, for the necessary changes in the system, political and social. Lack of effective ZZ leaders is one of the weaknesses of RG. It is lacking in this activity. ZZ contributions are not enough for expert activities and schools. The needs analysis in the RG(5211 members) shows that the greatest needs are in the following areas: communication skills (2789-54%) and image creation (3245-62%). The shape of the project, i.e. the scope of the content, selection and allocation of the number of pupils to schools, was dependent, among others, on the above analysis. The way to stop the falling unionization is, among other things, to improve the reception of the community through the provision of coherent and intensive activity of inf., as well as the training of leaders in the field of communication competences, the ability of attractive and consistent media coverage. Comprehensive project activities will be aimed at professionalization and improvement of RG activities, so we will be able to support ZZ members faster and more efficiently in efforts to improve working conditions in companies. Professional image campaign (task 1) through the school's digital marketing-32h-80os creating a coherent image with a digital dimension using modern digital tools, graphic design and video. Employing and retrofitting the position of a journalist - using the acquired knowledge for the image campaign, among others in the social media in order to widely reach the audience, especially young people, educating the community on the functioning of the RG, the support offered. Strengthening the potential of RG through school leaders ZZ(zad.2) 16h,40os- effective communication-the basic tool of work, exerting influence. The school is supplemented by a study. ‘ZZ Leader’s Guide’, a compendium of trade union knowledge: legal bases, negotiations, mediation, collective disputes, finances and union settlements, etc. Professionalization of work in RG - equipping departments with oprog.improving work in RG, exchange of information and access to data, which will increase the service and support of ZZ members from the area of RG operation (Zad.3). In addition, RG employees will be trained from the ZZ mission, i.e. why we organize, the basics of activity and the powers of ZZ(12K,12M),8h. One of the departments requiring intensive support is the Legal Department (DP) - it will be equipped with oprog. compatible with oprog. function. in other departments, which will improve the operation of the DP, data exchange, supervision of cases and advice. DP will be supported by hiring an additional legal advisor, who will also be responsible for creating the ZZ knowledge base.
