Purchase of equipment for teaching studios of the Non-Public School of Crafts in Wejherowo

Project implemented as part of project type No. 1 according to the CPR for dz. 6.2 FEP - integrated project. The main assumption of the project is to equip the teaching studios of the Non-Public School of Crafts in Wejherowo, whose governing body is the Applicant, used to study in the following professions: Electrician, roofer, Monter network and sanitary installations, Concrete - Armorer, Carpenter, Monter building structures, Monter building and finishing works in construction, Murarz - plasterer; He's a locksmith. The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of vocational education by adapting vocational school to the changing economy and labour market, including in particular to the needs of key industries for the region. Its achievement will be possible thanks to the achievement of the specific objectives of the project, i.e.: - increasing the chances of NSR students to succeed on the labour market, including by acquiring skills and knowledge adapted to the needs of the labour market - creating conditions for the education of students in leading industries, i.e. the construction industry, the power industry through the purchase of specialized equipment and laboratory equipment enabling students to acquire the technical skills currently required on the labour market, including those related to the Smart Specializations of Pomerania - development of vocational training at the Non-Public School of Crafts in key industries of the region - increasing the participation and systematization of vocational school cooperation with employers - promotion of a positive image of vocational education among the inhabitants of Pomerania The project will be implemented in the city of Wejherowo (Wejherowo County, Pomeranian Voivodeship). As part of the project, it is planned to purchase equipment for school rooms (teaching studios of key industries: construction and electricity, located in the NSR building at ul. Strzelecka 15 owned by the Applicant, located at item No 226/2; 227/2; 228/2; 232/4; 233/1; 350/2 area 16 Wejherowo. The implementation of the project will contribute to solving the identified problems, bridging the gaps and limitations in the educational offer and infrastructural deficiencies. The objectives, objectives and scope of the project fit into the challenges, scope and focus of the specific objective. 4 (ii) OJ 6.2 and contribute significantly to the adaptation of vocational education to regional and local needs in terms of the labour market and the economy, i.e. the project will carry out activities exclusively for the leading industries, i.e. construction and electricity. The objectives and scope of the project are in line with the objective of Measure 6.2 of the FEP aimed at vocational education by adapting to regional and local labour market and economic needs (including those related to PSI). This project has been identified as part of the Package of projects implementing the strategic project entitled: “Shaping the network of vocational schools in Pomerania – stage II” in accordance with Resolution No 852/466/23 of the Voivodship Executive Board. Pomorskie of 18 July 2023 The applicant has cooperation agreements/agreements with employers in the field of cooperation in the development of vocational education. The investment will be implemented in an integrated manner with the project financed under Measure 5.8. General and vocational education FEP 2021 -- 2027. The project is integrated with the project entitled "Exemplary vocational training in Wejherowo", the main objective of which is to equip pupils of the NSR in Wejherowo, together with teachers and instructors/instructors of practical vocational training, with new competences, by implementing internships and training courses. The project is related to other projects carried out within the framework of the "Strategic Strategy". "Development of a network of upper secondary vocational schools taking into account the needs of sub-regional and regional labour markets". The planned scope of promotional and information activities includes: An inf.-memoir table, a description of the project on the Applicant's website and the relevant EU markings.
