The project is located in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, in the Nowy Dwór Gdański district, at ul. Warsaw 54, in the School Complex in Nowy Dwór Gdański. As part of the project, the following main tasks will be carried out: 1) for vocational training workshops and mechanical workshops: -purchase of new cars – 3 units; -cantilever rack – 6 pieces; -brake adjustment system – 1 unit; -wheel geometry device – 1 pc; -wheel geometry control device - 1 pc; -tests and diagnostic interfaces – 3 pcs. The above-mentioned expenses are necessary to complete the core curriculum of training in the profession of mechanic technician (professional code 311504). For the indicated material scope of the project, this is the basis of MEC.08.Making and repairing elements of machines, devices and tools: -08.2 - Basics of manual and mechanical machining and assembly -08.5 - Making connections of machine components, devices and tools -08.6 - Repair and maintenance of machine components, devices and tools and MEC.09. Organization and supervision of production processes of machines and equipment. Acquisition of the above equipment is necessary for the competition: 1) MEC.08.2. Basics of manual and machine machining and assembly 2) MEC.08.5. Making connections of machine components, equipment and tools 3) MEC.08.6. Repair and maintenance of machinery, equipment and tools components 4) MEC.09.2. Basics of manual and mechanical machining and assembly 5) MEC.09.3. Basics of production processes 6) MEC.09.4. Organising technological processes for machining and assembling and dismantling machine and equipment parts In addition, a short- and medium-range 3D scanner will be purchased for the VET and IT workshops. The expenditure is necessary for the personalisation of teaching materials, the development of technological and creative skills and tailor-made teaching. The scanner will be used in two leading industries: mechanical and IT, covered by the scope of the project in the following scope: 3D design and reproduction of objects – i.e. reproduction e.g. on a CNC machine tool, dimension control i.e. comparison of the base model with a scan, 3D design and then matching the design to a car, i.e. a physical object. All expenditure is eligible expenditure in the project, VAT is ineligible for each type of expenditure. A detailed catalogue of expenditure is presented in section 3 of the Feasibility Study. There is no public aid or de minimis aid in the project. The entity covered by the support does not conduct economic activity, this is not provided for in the Articles of Association of the institution. The infrastructure created under the project will not be used to conduct economic activity, therefore there is no need to analyse the presence of state aid in the project. The purchase of equipment is to be used to create examination centres for education in the professions taught. The current level of equipment of the studio is insufficient and requires additional financial outlays. The needs for retrofitting, the creation of a new laboratory (logistics) and the support of teachers and students have been identified in the context of an effective teaching process and the rationality of the expenditure incurred. The type of necessary measures and materials that will support the educational process has been agreed with employers who cooperate with the school. Project type: Purchase of durable equipment, including equipment, tools and teaching aids of existing vocational schools, furniture, in particular vocational training workshops, teaching laboratories, workshops and classrooms for practical apprenticeships.
