Technical Assistance Project for 2025

The aim of the project is to provide effective support for the implementation of the European Funds for Pomerania 2021-2027 programme by the Management Board of the Pomeranian Voivodeship (the Managing Authority of the FEP 2021-2027).The above objective will be implemented by the organisational units of the Marshal's Office of the Pomeranian Voivodeship by: - maintaining an efficient and effective management system, including ensuring adequate administrative capacity of the programme authorities; - the use of transparent processes and procedures at every stage of programme implementation; - supporting beneficiaries (including potential beneficiaries) in the application and implementation of projects in the programme; - carrying out information and promotion activities about the programme and ensuring the visibility of cohesion policy, the role and importance of EU funds for the region; - compliance by all parties involved in the implementation of the programme with the provisions of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights and the correct implementation of the horizontal principles. The above assumptions will be implemented by financing salaries and activities related to the improvement of professional qualifications and skills of employees implementing FEP 2021-2027, i.e. postgraduate studies, trainings, workshops, conferences, study visits and other forms of apprenticeship. Administrative, organisational and technical expenditure will be financed to ensure an adequate standard of the working environment, i.e. adequate office space and the necessary equipment and equipment, costs related to the performance of controls. Strengthening the competences of employees, creating opportunities for their professional development by improving professional qualifications will translate into improved programming and implementation, including more effective management of the Programme. The project will finance projects related to conducting evaluation studies and analysis and expertise in the field of FEP implementation and management. The beneficiaries' competences will be strengthened through the organisation of dedicated specialised trainings, consultations and information meetings. The project is in line with the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union because it universally preserves the value of human dignity, freedom, equality and solidarity, as well as civil rights. In the Office, everyone has the right to decent equal treatment. It is a set of fundamental human rights and civic duties. Under the right of access to documents referred to in Article 41 of the Charter, any natural or legal person has the right of access to PT documents on the basis of the right of access to public information. The project will be implemented in accordance with the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, ensuring the full and equal enjoyment of all human rights and fundamental freedoms by all persons with disabilities and promoting respect for their inherent dignity on an equal basis with others, without any discrimination based on disability. This will be achieved by removing barriers to the functioning of persons with disabilities. The Technical Assistance project for 2025 will be implemented, among others, on the basis of the Guidelines on the use of technical assistance funds for 2021-2027, the European Funds for Pomerania 2021-2027 programme, will comply with the detailed conditions for the implementation of support set out in the ESF+ Technical Assistance Priority 1-5. Information, education and promotion activities will be carried out to: activation to reach for European Funds in Pomerania, support for beneficiaries in the implementation of projects, ensuring high awareness of development activities in the region implemented with the participation of European Funds. The planned information and promotion activities are described in Task 10 Communication and visibility. These actions will be implemented taking into account the provisions set out in Annex 3 to the Rules of Procedure – Information obligations of the beneficiary
