The project consists in the implementation of advisory services leading to the preparation of the GOZ-transformation business model for the Applicant. A strategic document covering the analysis of the entire company will be prepared, the possibilities of implementing GOZ solutions in the entire company's activity will be presented along with recommendations. The model will describe the selected solutions and will also include the identification of potential opportunities for the applicant to cooperate with other companies in the GOZ trend, including the creation and participation in value chains. The following work will be carried out in phases: 1. Design Session 1 (1 day): 2. Internal Audit and Analysis (42 days): 3. Analysis Phase 1 (56 days): Circular Poland Foundation was selected to perform the audit of the company and prepare the business model, having documented experience in the thematic areas of GOZ transformation indicated for intervention. These are: ==> Exchange: Changes in Production Processes: It is suggested to introduce changes that would include greater use of by-products and secondary raw materials. This can reduce waste and increase resource efficiency. ==> Closure of circuits: Ecodesign of New Products: The company may consider launching new products that are designed from the outset to be eco-friendly and easy to recycle, making them more attractive for the GOZ. ==> Optimization: Creating Industrial Symbioses: This approach involves working with other actors to use waste from one process as raw materials in another, leading to a more integrated and efficient use of resources. The contractor has the appropriate experience, references and human resources to perform the service in the planned period.
