Construction of the Educational Centre of the Świętokrzyskie National Park with a nature exhibition

As part of the project, I plan to build a modern educational center, playing a key role in environmental education of the society and providing the most important tourist needs for visitors to the ŚPN. Due to the specificity of the Park, as well as the intensity and distribution of natural tourist traffic, it was decided to locate the new Center in Nowa Słupia, on plots that are in perpetual use of the ŚPN, near other tourist facilities. (Museum of Ancient Metallurgy and Park Legend "Łysa Góra") intended to create together a tourist complex unique in Europe.-edu. based on the natural and cultural heritage of the Park and its immediate vicinity. The designed building of the Center will be an energy-saving facility, equipped with renewable energy sources (energy management program, heat pumps, photovoltaic panels, grey water circulation), architecturally and materially integrated into the surrounding landscape. Designed service buildings B and C for small trade (i.e. souvenir shop + toilets) on the map (annexed. 17 to WoD) marked as ‘Shop’ - will be used to support tourist traffic. The environmentally friendly technical solutions used in the construction will also serve as an element of climate education. As part of the educational module, a permanent exhibition, temporary exhibition, edu.-confer. module with a conference room for approx. 120 people, two workshop rooms, an outdoor educational garden with elements of a playground and the possibility of using the natural ecosystems of the Park as a hinterland. In order to meet the requirements of modern education centers, the so-called: learning centres, education parks, experience gardens, etc. "Zeroed" with the "classic" image of the Museum - a place exposing static exhibits for multi-track education based on a variety of senses and active participation of the visitor in learning about the issues discussed (multimedia and handson stands). The Centre will have a diverse educational offer taking into account the needs of different groups of recipients. It will be adapted to the core curriculum of schools and universities, so that teachers can organize lesson topics in the Centre, based on classes or visits to exhibitions. Based on the Centre, there will also be offered educational activities tailored to the needs of tourist offices (education of visiting schools from further surroundings or from other voivodships) and an educational offer for the local community, including local leaders and local schools. It is assumed that educational activities (paid and free) and the provision of a permanent exhibition and temporary exhibitions (ticketed system), as well as the organization of trainings, workshops, conferences and scientific and educational symposia, will be provided for a fee. The planned educational activities will allow the implementation of the assumptions of the "Programme of nature education and making the National Park available for sightseeing for the years 2023-2029." It is estimated that the revenues obtained as a result of the activities carried out will not exceed the costs of maintaining the Centre. As part of the implementation of the project, it is planned to carry out such activities as: design and construction of the building together with land development and building equipment, selection of investor supervision and design and execution of the permanent exhibition. These activities will be carried out in accordance with the applicable PZP Act in the formula design and build separately for the building and for the exhibition. Inf.-prom. activities will be mainly based on local and national media, including social media. All stages of the project will be filmed and photographed, the films will also be adapted to people with disabilities. Activities targeted at different audiences (school children and young people, individual tourists, teachers, guides) are foreseen. ŚPN has an educational centre developed in 2018 PFU, updated in November 2022, a preliminary scenario of the permanent exhibition and current estimates for the building and the exhibition.
