The sustainable urban mobility project in the Suwałki Municipal Functional Area is comprehensive and covers both the purchase of zero-emission bus rolling stock (1 electric bus), the construction, reconstruction and modernisation of infrastructure for urban transport and complementary forms of mobility, as well as the digitisation of the mobility system in cities and their functional areas. The project assumes such tasks as: 1. Purchase of an electric articulated bus (18 m) with a mobile charger (1 pc.) 2. Construction of a bus wash with the possibility of washing buses 18 m (1 pc.) 3. Modernization of existing dynamic passenger information boards (25 pcs.) 4. Purchase and installation of dynamic passenger information boards (15 pcs.) 5. Construction of a pedestrian-bicycle track on ul. North of ul. Rose to pass at the height of the Cymes Bakery with technical infrastructure of approx. 295m (1 pc.) 6. Construction of a pedestrian-bicycle track on ul. Hamerszmita from Marshal J. Piłsudski Square to ul. Kamedulska with technical infrastructure approx. 90m (1 pc.) 7. Construction of a pedestrian-bicycle track on ul. Polish Army from ul. Forest to ul. Calm with a length of approx. 1,65 km (1 pc.) 8. Construction of a pedestrian-bicycle track on ul. K. Pułaski from the roundabout of the city bypass to the administrative borders of the city with a length of approx. 2.25 km (1 pc.) 9. Smart type bus shelter on ul. The effect of the project will be the development of sustainable urban mobility in the MOF Suwałki and greater use of public transport by its residents, who will be the main users of the project.
