The aim of the project is to provide adequate financial resources for the proper implementation of tasks related to the management and implementation of the FEPW 2021-2027 in 2025 for PARP, which acts as an Intermediate Body. The aim of the project will be achieved, among others, by: financing personnel expenditure, improving the qualifications of employees, financing administrative costs and IT tools, supporting the implementation of the FEPW programme, including project evaluation and selection, control, evaluation and implementation of information and promotion activities, and financing projects related to the closure of previous perspectives. The tasks provided for in the project are consistent with the description of the action in the TA priority in the SZOP and in the Guidelines on the use of technical assistance funds for 2021-2027. In accordance with the Agreement on entrusting tasks related to the implementation of the European Funds for Eastern Poland 2021-2027 programme of 17 November 2022, the Managing Authority entrusted PARP, as the Intermediate Body, with tasks related to the implementation of the EFF under priorities I, III, IV and V. The Intermediate Body ensures the correct implementation of the tasks resulting from the above-mentioned programme. Agreements. The tasks of the Intermediate Body are co-financed in particular by the technical assistance measures of the FEPW. Therefore, the implementation of the project is necessary, necessary and justified. Based on the experience of previous years, appropriate and adequate tasks and measures are planned to ensure the correct support and implementation of the project. All tasks will serve the efficient and effective implementation of the FEPW 2021-2027. These tasks will be carried out within the available human resources. The project complies with the rules on eligibility of expenditure and implementation of technical assistance described in the Guidelines on the use of technical assistance measures for 2021-2027 and in the Guidelines on the eligibility of expenditure for 2021-2027.
