The implementation of the project will consist in the expansion of the RIIP WZ system as an integrated ICT system based on an open, digital platform integrating reference and source information resources of a descriptive and spatial nature. The main objective of the project is to increase the availability of digitally shared data for the general public in external and internal communication of each level of maturity. The objective will be achieved by improving existing digital public services and developing and launching new digital services with full online accessibility (4th level of maturity), enabling fuller access to digital products and processes in geodesy and cartography, spatial management and public transport in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. This will contribute to an integral and innovative transformation of the region, while accelerating the uptake of digital services by citizens, businesses, research units and public institutions alike. The project also assumes the expansion of the Regional Infrastructure for Spatial Information of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship (RIIP WZ) system with further modules enabling support for digital transformation in offices and preparation of data and information enabling better understanding between the public and offices by sharing data divided into modules: transport, cross-border, on-line office, spatial planning, agriculture, entrepreneurs, education. The assumptions of the project include projects related to the creation and implementation of new or significantly improved digital services, including the creation or expansion of ICT systems in the areas of, among others, geodesy, spatial planning and road data. The scope of the project's impact covers the entire region of Western Pomerania because the project will be implemented in partnership with the local government units of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The implementation within the project of new or significantly improved already existing public e-services of the RIIP WZ system from various areas of public administration will contribute to the achievement of the project result indicator, i.e. increasing the number of users of new and modernised public digital services, products and processes. In addition, as part of the project, it is planned to carry out information and promotion activities by posting information on the implementation of the project on the websites of the Marshal's Office and the Project Partners, together with a description and indication of its objectives and results and highlighting the receipt of co-financing from the European Union. Information boards will also be produced and displayed to all partners in a place visible to the general public. After the completion of the project, it is planned to prepare articles in the press and on the Internet informing the public about the implemented project and the achieved goals and facilities for the public. We confirm that it is planned to organise an information event about the project, involving the European Commission, the Ministry and the responsible Managing Authority.
