According to the analysis of the existing situation, the water supply system in the Municipality of Stepnica works quite efficiently. However, it is necessary to take measures to ensure that the system is trouble-free so that it fully meets the needs of residents and tourists visiting the municipality in terms of access to adequate quantity and quality of drinking water. As part of the project, the first construction of the water supply network with connections in Czarnocin was planned, the second regeneration of two deep wells in the water treatment station in Miłowo. 1. The construction of the water supply network in Czarnocin will be carried out on plots Nos 173/25, 173/26 and 173/27 rev. It's black. The water supply network in Czarnocin is designed from polyethylene pipes and fittings with a diameter of 63 mm with a total length of 90,00 mb. Incorporation of the newly designed network will be made to the designed node by connecting the newly built network to the existing DN110 mm network. The new waterworks will have adequate fire-fighting infrastructure in road plot 173/26. Connections will be made of pipes with a diameter of 32mm. Connections will lead to water wells. The total length of connections is 34.00 mb (3 pcs). Connections to the water supply will be made using a band heated in a pipeline with a self-retaining valve. Telescopic enclosures for gate gates will be erected to the ground level and equipped with large cast-iron street boxes with heavy cover. The location of the bolts will be marked with an information plate made according to PN 86--B-09W0 standard placed on a concrete post. On the pressure water supply pipes will be laid a signaling tape with a metal insert in blue color water supply network at a height of 30cm above the pipes. Due to the existing groundwater level from 1.0 m p.p.t. to 6.0 m p.p.t. drainage of the area through needle filters and excavations with vertical walls with full wall reinforcement. The new water supply will provide access to the right amount of water for 31 people currently living in a multi-family communal building (12 units). All apartments in the building are connected to the municipal sanitary sewerage network. 2. Regeneration of two deep wells in the water treatment station in Miłow. The reason for regeneration is the loss of well capacity No 1 from 21 m3/h to about 8 m3/h, and well No 2 from 20 m3/h to about 12 m3/h. It is assumed that both wells will be restored to their original capacity. Renovation will reduce the costs associated with the construction of new water intakes and the removal of old ones. As part of the task, the well will be inspected, steel filters will be cleaned, gravel dumps will be supplemented. After the renovation, disinfection of the well and the filter zone of the aquifer will be carried out. A report will be drawn up on the regeneration carried out. One of the tasks in the project will be the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a new waterworks in Czarnocin In addition, the necessary cost to be borne as part of the project is investor supervision, which will allow for the proper implementation of construction works. Project promotion - This task includes setting up information boards telling about the scope of the project and support from EU funds. During the implementation of the project, information will be published on the website of the Municipal Office in Stepnica. As part of the implementation of the investment, the beneficiary will also use logotypes referring to co-financing from EU funds, including on contracts with contractors, on correspondence with institutions involved in the implementation of the PZ 2021-2027 FE. The cost of the task was determined by the Applicant on the basis of the market research carried out and the experience of the Municipality of Stepnica in carrying out similar tasks. When calculating the amount of expenditure, the market rates applicable on the market were taken into account.
