The subject of the project is the reconstruction of the bridge over the river Rega with accesses along the provincial road No. 152 from km 45+170 to km 45+400. The extension of DW152 on the Świdwin-Połczyn stage II section in its scope includes the demolition of the existing bridge over the Reda and the construction of a new bridge facility under the assumption of a sectional closure of the provincial road and road detours. The section with a length of 0.23 km is covered by the reconstruction. The project is located in the Świdwin district - Świdwin commune (the Smardzko area and the Sława area). The scope of construction works includes: demolition of the old bridge and construction of a new one, construction of a temporary bridge and a bypass road on the river, execution of demolition works, execution of structural layers of the surface, execution of bituminous layers, construction of pavements, construction of a bus bay, construction of rainwater drainage, execution of horizontal and vertical markings. The project takes into account all legal provisions regarding the elimination of architectural barriers for people with disabilities, following the recommendations given in the Construction Law and in other guidelines, including those included in the Regulation of the Minister of Transport and Economy on the technical conditions to be met by public roads and their location. The designed widths and inclinations of roads, pavements and types of surfaces used will ensure the comfort and safety of all users. The technical solutions adopted in the project will make it possible to avoid architectural barriers on the reconstructed section of the road for people with dysfunctions of the musculoskeletal system, sight and hearing. The road structure has been designed to meet the minimum road load requirement, i.e. vehicles with a single driving axle load of up to 115 kN will be allowed on the section. The project implements the objective of Measure 4.1 by improving the intra-regional accessibility of the transport connection to the TEN-T communication routes, as well as supporting areas without convenient access to public transport. The task is part of the main goal of the Regional Transport Plan of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship until 2030 in terms of improving transport accessibility, improving the living conditions of residents while ensuring sustainable development. During the implementation of the task, pavements, walking and cycling lanes, bus bays will be rebuilt or built, thanks to which the investment will affect sustainable transport, including public transport by improving fluidity and traffic safety. The project has all the legally required permits for its implementation. The applicant has signed a contract for the execution of construction works and supervision, including investor supervision. Information and promotion activities include informing the public and project participants about the funding obtained from the European Funds on documents and materials related to the implementation of the project by placing appropriate signs and logos, as well as posting on the official website (www.zzdw.koszalin.pl) and social media (Facebook: Provincial roads in Western Pomerania) description of the project, including its objectives and results together with information about the financial support received from the EU and the placement of permanent information/memorial boards at the place of project implementation.
