The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of 246 PUP clients who are only in a difficult situation on the labour market, i.e. 60 people aged 18-29, 40 people aged 55 and over, 123 long-term unemployed, 123 women, 150 people with low qualifications and/or competences and 16 people with disabilities in the district of Szczecin. The main result of the project will be the employment of 148 people registered in the PLO in Szczecinek and who are residents of the Szczecin poviat. As part of the project, individual and comprehensive professional and educational activation of all participants will be carried out, while the development or update of the Individual Action Plan will be mandatory. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, competences and predispositions of a given participant. On this basis, the PLO will implement appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on employment promotion and labour market institutions (IPD, internships, intervention work, training, settlement vouchers, one-off funds for starting a business activity, reimbursement of equipment or retrofitting of workplaces). In the project, at least 20% of project participants will gain qualifications or competences after leaving the program. As a result, a minimum of 52 people will complete training and acquire qualifications or competences. It is assumed that a minimum level of employment efficiency of at least 60% will be achieved. After the completion of the project, a minimum of 148 people will take up employment in accordance with the guidelines of the Regulations for the selection of projects.
