The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of PUP clients who are only in a difficult situation on the labour market, i.e. people aged 18-29, people aged 55 and over, the long-term unemployed, women, low-skilled people and people with disabilities in the district of Sławoń. The main result of the project will be to employ 86 people registered in the PLO in Sławno. As part of the project, individual and comprehensive professional and educational activation of all participants is carried out, while the development or update of the Individual Action Plan is mandatory. As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, competences and predispositions of a given participant. On this basis, the PLO in Sławno will implement appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on employment promotion and labour market institutions of 20 April 2004. These will be: Developing/updating an Individual Action Plan, job placement or career guidance, internships, granting one-off funds for starting a business preceded by the "ABC of Entrepreneurship" training, reimbursement of the costs of equipping or retrofitting a workplace for a targeted unemployed person, settlement vouchers, intervention work, training. At least 20% of project participants will be qualified after leaving the programme. It is assumed that a minimum level of employment efficiency of at least 60% will be achieved.
