As a result of participation in the project, the labour market situation of 898 people in terms of work-life balance will improve. The target group consists of a total of 1123 people (K and M) - people returning to the labour market after a break related to the birth / upbringing of a child up to 5 years of age from the area of Zachodniopomorskie Province (i.e. people working, learning or residing in the area of Zachodniopomorskie Province within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code). The tasks planned for implementation under the project provide for reimbursement of no more than 93% of the costs of ongoing childcare services up to the age of 5, which the parent / legal guardian of the child is obliged to pay. 7% of the cost of care is the Project Participant's own contribution (UP). Financial support (refund of care costs) will be granted for the above-mentioned forms of care for a specific child and parent, until the end of the school year in which the child reaches the age of 5, for a period not longer than 12 months (i.e. 12 refunds). The actions to be implemented under the project will respond to the needs and expectations of the Public Procurement Office, including: assistance/co-financing of childcare costs, choice of form of care adapted to the needs, age and developmental possibilities of the child, possibility of changing form of care throughout the duration of the project.
