GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: The aim of the project is in line with the objectives of the FEPZ action, as the effect of the implemented actions will be to support gender-balanced participation in the labour market, equal working conditions and a better work-life balance, as well as to increase awareness of women and residents of the Zachodniopomorskie voivodship regarding equality between women and men and anti-discrimination policies. MAIN RESULTS TO BE ACHIEVED THROUGH THE PROJECT'S IMPLEMENTATION: The main results of the actions will be, among others, changing attitudes towards socially significant problems and increasing the awareness of the residents of the region, including employees and their employers, regarding equality between women and men and broadly understood tolerance, as well as minimizing manifestations of any discrimination based on various grounds, including but not limited to: sex, race, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic features, language, religion or belief, political or any other opinion, membership of a national minority, property, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation. The planned educational activities will focus on issues related to equality and the promotion of correct attitudes and their cyclical nature will effectively consolidate knowledge, attitudes and behaviors. SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE PURPOSE GROUP OF THE PROJECT -residents and residents of the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodship, -employers from the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodship and their employees employed in the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodship. KEY TASKS TO BE CARRIED OUT UNDER THE PROJECT: 1. Website - a subpage will be created on the FEPZ website, which will include, among others, information on the activities undertaken as part of the project, as well as, among others: e-learning course, list of recommended publications, EU equality strategies, recommended websites. 2.a) Academy of Human Rights Leaders - Course for local government employees in the field of equality and anti-discrimination. 2.b) School of Anti-Discrimination Trainers - Specialized training for future equality education trainers, whose aim will be to prepare specialized trainers (in particular from human rights organizations), to conduct anti-discrimination lessons and training for representatives of all sectors (including employees and employers), as well as to conduct social campaigns. 3. Competitions for materials for social campaign - Participants of the competitions will create materials referring to the problems they face in terms of equality and discrimination. The obtained materials will be used, among others, to create social campaigns, as well as to identify problems faced by the inhabitants of the region and define goals to be achieved. Competitions will be addressed to all residents of the province. 4. Campaigns and social actions - Materials obtained as part of the competitions will be used to create reliable information campaigns and social actions. Each action will contribute to building a region where people are treated with dignity and respect. 5. Meetings in the region - In cooperation with local governments and interested institutions, a program of thematic meetings in the districts of Western Pomerania will be developed. Meetings will be addressed to all residents of the region. At each stage, the project will be implemented in consultation with human rights organisations and in accordance with the principles of the policy of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, inter alia, this means that persons regardless of age, gender, degree of disability, race, origin, religion or belief and place of residence will be able to participate in the planned activities. Promotional materials will use inclusive language, sensitive to gender, minorities and disadvantaged groups.
