Project: The "Transformation of Ergonomics in the Workspace in DIVINO" will be implemented by DIVINO GROUP - ADAM BORZYM (hereinafter: DIVINO) from 01.03.2025 to 31.08.2025. The project is addressed to DIVINO, based in Zachodniopomorskie Voivodship, and includes both the owner/employer and its employees (3K and 3M) who are exposed to factors negatively affecting health in the workplace. The main goal of the project is to implement a health program by 31.08.2025, including the employer and employees of DIVINO GROUP - ADAM BORZYM (6 people, including 3K and 3M) living and working in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The project aims to eliminate diagnosed health risk factors in the workplace and create conditions conducive to long-term professional activity by improving the ergonomics of workplaces, providing psychological support and introducing preventive actions promoting a healthy lifestyle among employees. In addition, the project supports the employer in developing practices and strategies aimed at protecting the health of workers, which will contribute to building a safe and friendly working environment. The needs assessment carried out before the application is submitted confirms that the activities planned in the project are a response to the identified needs of the applicant and his/her employees. On the basis of this analysis, activities were precisely adjusted to the real requirements of the company and employees. In addition, during the preparation of the diagnosis, potential factors harmful to employees were taken into account, and the actions taken in the project are aimed at effectively mitigating these risks. Main tasks in the project: 1. Purchase of ergonomic equipment for the prevention of workplace-related diseases. 2. Meetings with a physiotherapist regarding risk factors. 3. Comprehensive therapeutic support in the field of mental health prevention 4. Carrying out screening tests. 5. Overview of workplaces by an occupational medicine doctor. EQUIPMENT BUYED UNDER THE PROJECT WILL BE USED BY ANY EMPLOYEEES IN A DAY'S WORK AND IS Strictly LINKED TO THE WORK POSITION. PROJECT IMPLEMENTS SUPPORT ALSO IN SOUTH AND EMERGENCY HOURS AND ON SATURDAYS - CRYT.SPECYF.QUALITY.3 The project aims to improve safety and health at work, in line with ESF+.CP4.D specific objective ‘Supporting the adaptation of workers, enterprises and entrepreneurs to change, fostering active and healthy ageing and a healthy and well-adapted working environment that addresses health risks’, under FEPZ priority 6, Measure 6.7 Active and healthy ageing, types 1 and 3. Results of the project: ‘The number of persons who, as a result of the implementation of outplacement support/improvement of the working environment, took up work or continued employment – 4 persons. The target group of the project complies with the SOP guidelines of the FEPZ 2021-2027 programme and the rules. konk. The project responds to regional needs resulting from statistical, demographic and epidemiological data as well as analyses of ZUS and the Labour Inspectorate concerning accidents at work. The project aims to prevent civilization diseases and health problems related to mental health. Wn is entitled to apply both at the stage of submitting the application and at the stage of signing the grant agreement. The applicant is not excluded from applying for funding, submits one application and has been established in the Zachodniopomorskie voivodship for at least one year before submitting the application. The project is implemented independently by Wn, who has not received any funding under No RPZP.06.08.00-IP.02-32-K73/22. The manner of implementation and the scope of the project shall be in accordance with national and Union legislation.
