The project is addressed to 8 employees (8 women) employed in the company Niepubliczny Zakład Opieki Zdrowotnej Medical Care Medland, Medica 24 Jacek Matusiak (hereinafter: NZOZ MEDICAL CARE) residing in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code. The project is in line with the in-depth analysis developed and approved before submitting the application for funding by the Owner Jacek Matusiak regarding the occurrence of adverse health factors in the workplace. The analysis will result in the development and implementation of solutions contributing to the elimination of identified health threats to NZOZ MEDICAL CARE employees. The applicant meets the definition of an employer, employs at least 1 person on the basis of an employment contract. MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: Extending the professional activity of 8 Project Participants (8 women) working in NZOZ MEDICAL CARE MEDLAND, MEDICA 24 Jacek Matusiak (West Pomerania Province) by implementing a programme to improve work ergonomics and reduce the risk of occupational diseases by 31.07.2025. The main objective will be achieved through the following actions aimed at: a) adapting workplaces so that the continued performance of official duties does not deteriorate health status, b) comprehensive support for combating stress through group workshops and educational activities, c) comprehensive support for mental health, and d) extending the package of medical services to include screening. Actions shall aim at improving safety and health at work, in line with the specific objective ESF+.CP4.D ‘Supporting the adaptation of workers, enterprises and entrepreneurs to change, fostering active and healthy ageing and a healthy and well-adapted working environment...’, under priority 6 of the FEPZ, Measure 6.7 Active and healthy ageing, types 1 and 3. MAIN INDICATORS IN THE PROJECT: 1. Result indicator: Number of people who, as a result of outplacement support/improvement of the working environment, took up employment or continued employment: 7 persons; 2. Output indicator: Number of employers supported for improving the working environment: 1 the employer. MAIN TASKS IN THE PROJECT: Task 1. Prevention of workplace-related diseases (purchase of ergonomic equipment). Task 2. Educational activities related to risk factors in the workplace. Task 3. Prevention of mental health. Task 4. Prevention of screening. Task 5. Indirect costs (project management). The applicant shall contribute an OWN CONTRIBUTION of at least 15% of the eligible expenditure in the project. The applicant is NOT EXCLUDED from the possibility of applying for funding. The applicant in accordance with the SOP FEPZ 2021-2027 is an entity entitled to apply for funding under the competition. The applicant submitted 1 application for funding under the competition. Expenditure in the project will be accounted for by a QUALITY AMOUNT, which has been calculated on the basis of a fair, reliable and reasonable calculation.
