Project: ‘Modern Standards of Ergonomics in Medical Investment Sp. z o.o.’ will be implemented by the Applicant in the period from 01.03.2025 to 31.08.2025. The project is addressed to the management board of the company, including the president and vice-president, who are the owners of MEDICAL INVESTMENT Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: MEDICAL INVESTMENT/Wn), and to employees. Wn meets all formal criteria, is not excluded from the possibility of applying for funding, submits one application and has been established in the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship for at least one year before submitting the application. The project will be carried out by Wn. The manner of implementation and the scope of the project shall be in accordance with national and Union legislation. The main objective of the project is to implement by 31.08.2025 an integrated health support program for the employer MEDICAL INVESTMENT Sp. z o.o. and its employees, i.e. 39 people (37 women and 2 men) from the area of Zachodniopomorskie voivodship. The programme aims to improve working conditions by reducing the identified health risks and creating conditions conducive to long-term employment. As part of the project, key activities were planned, such as optimizing the ergonomics of workplaces, psychological support and promoting health-promoting habits among employees. The target group of the project complies with the SOP guidelines of the FEPZ 2021-2027 programme and the rules of the competition. The project supports the elimination of health risks in the workplace, according to the goal of detail. ESF+.CP4.D ‘Supporting adaptation of workers, enterprises and entrepreneurs to change...’ under Priority 6 of the FEPZ, Measure 6.7 ‘Active and healthy ageing’. The project will bring tangible benefits in the form of improved working conditions and workers' health. The key outcome will be: The number of people who, as a result of the implementation of outplacement support/improving the working environment, took up work or continued employment - 39 people. 1.Ergonomically equipped workstations. The purchase of equipment will contribute to reducing the risk of diseases related to improper ergonomics of work. The equipment purchased as part of the project will be permanently used by employees and closely related to their workplaces. 2. Physiotherapeutic consultations. Group and individual meetings with a physiotherapist will increase awareness of the health risks arising from office and manual work. 3. Mental health workshops. They aim to prevent burnout and promote mental health among workers. 4. Preventive testing. Perform screening to identify risk factors and implement preventive actions. 5. Visiting and ergonomic assessment of workplaces by an occupational medicine doctor. The project responds to regional needs resulting from statistical and demographic analyses as well as ZUS and Labour Inspectorate data related to accidents at work. The project aims to prevent civilization diseases and health problems related to mental health. The actions planned are in line with the Healthy Future. Strategic Framework for the Development of the Health System 2021-2027 with a 2030 Perspective’. Before submitting the application, Wn carried out a detailed analysis of health risks at the workplace. The needs diagnosis carried out and approved in 10.2024 confirms that the activities planned for implementation in the project are a response to the needs of the Applicant and its employees. On the basis of the diagnosis, the actions were precisely tailored to the real needs of the Applicant and his employees. In addition, during the preparation of the diagnosis, Wn took into account potential factors that may cause damage to employees, and the actions taken contribute to mitigating the existing risks.
