The main objective of the project is to improve the health and well-being of the employees of the Adhesive School and Preschool Team through preventive, educational and adaptive activities, supporting active and healthy ageing, as well as adapting working conditions to the needs of the ageing workforce, in a way that ensures equal opportunities and counteracts health risks. As part of the project, the following activities will be carried out: 1. Purchase of 22 pieces of equipment and equipment for 12 employees aimed at the prevention of workplace-related diseases, 2nd group educational meeting and group workshop with a physiotherapist for 43 employees and individual meetings with a physiotherapist for 15 employees aimed at increasing knowledge about health risk factors in the workplace and preventive and corrective actions regarding harmful and nuisance factors occurring in the workplace; 3.two-day workshop on coping with stress and counteracting burnout for 43 employees; To carry out a total of 157 screening tests for 44 employees aimed at early detection of health problems in employees. The detailed scope of the project was determined on the basis of the Diagnosis and personal surveys, which were completed by all 50 employees of the School and Preschool Team in Przylepa. A total of 50 employees will be covered, of which 9 are aged 55 and over. The main results of the project include: - improving ergonomics and comfort of work - thanks to the purchase of 22 pieces of equipment and equipment, 12 employees will be able to work in more ergonomic conditions, which will reduce the risk of injuries and diseases related to physical load; -increasing employees' health awareness - group educational meetings and workshops with a physiotherapist for 43 employees, including individual consultations for 15 people, will increase their knowledge (including practical knowledge) about health risk factors and preventive actions. This can lead to long-term improvements in health and health awareness; -reducing stress levels and combating burnout: The stress management and burnout workshop will help 43 employees develop coping skills in stressful situations and increase their motivation and commitment to work. Reducing stress can contribute to reducing sickness absenteeism and improving the working atmosphere; -early detection of health problems - 157 screening tests will allow early detection of health problems, allowing workers to take preventive or treatment measures at an early stage. This can lead to a reduction in the number of days of sick leave and an improvement in the overall health of the syndrome; - active ageing support - the project takes into account the specific needs of ageing workers, especially those aged 55 and over, who make up 18% of the entire team. The improvement of ergonomics and the introduction of preventive health care support their further professional involvement, which promotes active and healthy ageing in the work environment.
