The applicant is PRO – TRUCK Jankowski Spółka Komandytowa operates under the PRO-TRUCK Transport Insurance brand. The company operates dynamically on the market in its portfolio with about 3000 customers and is one of the largest companies in Poland specialized in insurance services for the transport industry. The applicant is mainly based on office work (a total of 12 employees). Due to the employer's careful look at the course of work of the target group and the place and conditions of its performance in the enterprise, it was noticed and reported, among others, by: - strains of the musculoskeletal system, carpal tunnel, pain in the elbow joints, stress, noise, burnout, migraine, physical fatigue forced by improper body posture, visual defects. W.w. force the Applicant to take action to improve and implement a healthier work environment and to undertake support for employees in the field of health prevention. Correct ergonomics, such as a comfortable seat, the height and size of the desk, appropriate computer equipment significantly affects comfort and health in office work. OSH regulations clearly indicate the importance of a comfortable and ergonomic workplace. Improperly equipped or decorated workplace can lead to injuries. Initially, they are felt in the form of mild pain, but they can become more serious problems if work in an improperly decorated and poorly equipped workplace continues. The following health problems may be caused by poor ergonomics, which is why the Applicant has planned tasks within the project aimed at achieving the objectives: Task 1: Prevention of workplace-related diseases. Harmful factors will be mitigated by purchasing, among others, laptops, ergonomic chairs, electrically adjustable desks. Through purchases, the applicant will create in the company the most ergonomic conditions possible for office workers to protect the musculoskeletal system, vision and others. The assumed goal, i.e. the elimination of harmful factors, will be achieved thanks to purchases, thus allowing to avoid improper forced positions, in particular the spine and the protection of the visual organ. Task 2: Preventive and corrective actions to eliminate risks arising from the work environment through preventive health care. The target group will be rehabilitated. Zad 3. Prevention of screening - employees will be covered by medical examinations so that the duties assigned to them do not have a negative impact on health and do not promote possible deterioration of health and civilization diseases. Zad. 4 Preventive and corrective actions to eliminate risks resulting from the work environment through health prevention will be implemented through specialized training of the target group of employees. Topics 1) First aid in the work environment 2) Burnout and stress in the work environment - how to deal with it effectively. The result of the project will be the improvement of the working environment for people covered by the support and the motivation of the target group, through the implementation of a programme aimed at eliminating health risk factors in PRO - TRUCK Jankowski Spółka Komandytowa and a preventive programme. The target group of the project is the employees of the PRO Applicant – TRUCK Jankowski Spółka Komandytowa. The target group is 12 persons aged between 28 and 44 in total, employed in one enterprise and carrying out office work. All employees of the Applicant constituting the target group of the project are employed on the basis of an employment contract.
