The project is in line with the in-depth analysis developed before the submission of the application by TWP, in terms of the occurrence of adverse health factors in the workplace, and the result of the analysis is the implementation of organizational solutions contributing to the elimination of identified risks to the health of workers in the period from 01.03.2025-31.08.2025r. The main objective of the project is to implement a health program aimed at eliminating health risk factors in the workplace, including in the field of work ergonomics, and to implement psychological support programs based on identified factors negatively affecting health in the workplace. The project will be implemented in the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodship (WZ) and will include institutions for which the governing body is the Society for Common Knowledge OR in Szczecin (TWP/WN), i.e. for employees of the TWP office (headquarters of WN) Potulicka 16 in Szczecin 5os(4K,1M), Kindergarten and Nursery Maluch Zone (SM) in Szczecin 9K, Kindergarten and Nursery Maluch Island (WM) in Przecławiu 18os.(16K,2M), Kindergarten and Nursery Ziarenko (ZB) in Bielice 7k. The target group is a total of 39 people (36K/3M) who expressed their voluntary consent to participate in the activities planned in the project. The project is part of the specific objectives ESF+.CP4.D - Supporting the adaptation of workers, enterprises and entrepreneurs to change, supporting active and healthy ageing and a healthy and well-adapted working environment that takes into account health risks. The objectives will be achieved through the implementation of actions: 1. related to the prevention of workplace-related diseases by retrofitting workplaces with ergonomic equipment, 2. related to the improvement of employees' knowledge on health risk factors in the workplace and preventive actions in the field of harmful or annoying factors occurring in the workplace through group classes and individual consultations with a physiotherapist and dietician, 3. in the field of mental health prevention through group workshops on mental resilience and stress and burnout 4. in the field of preventive screening by performing tests in accordance with individual needs based on diagnosis. Modernization of workplaces will allow to reduce factors that may cause health ailments in employees related to, among others, the musculoskeletal system, bone-skeletal, nervous, circulatory and visual organs. Employees will also learn the principles of work ergonomics, learn how to work and how to use equipment to expose their body to health risk factors in the smallest possible way, learn ways to reduce stress and counteract burnout, there will be an increase in knowledge and awareness about civilization diseases (including diabetes, obesity, atherosclerosis, depression) and an increase in availability to screening, there will be an improvement in psychosocial and psychophysical condition. The program will have a positive impact on the well-being of employees and their general health, and thus the opportunity to remain professionally active in the long term. The Programme will cover all employees of the Applicant, employed on a minimum part-time employment contract, who have expressed their willingness to join the Programme and for whom such a need has been demonstrated by the analysis. The program will be implemented for 6 months at the place of business of the Applicant and the place of work of individual employees (preschool headquarters). The project assumes the implementation of support also in the afternoon and evening and on Saturdays (crit.prem.nr 3) -according to the will expressed by employees in the survey.
