The main objective of the project is to: Reducing diagnosed workplace health risks for the company's 20 employees: Educational Services Agnieszka Łęcka, including in the field of work ergonomics by improving the adaptation of workplaces and providing psychological support and screening tests, preventive support for the physiotherapist and occupational medicine doctor in the period from 1 March 2025 to 31 August 2025. The implementation of the project is a response to the analysis carried out and approved on 31 October 2024 by the owner, containing a strategy - action plan, including the scope of adaptation necessary to improve work ergonomics and safety and forms of support for participants-UP: training, meetings and research to mitigate threats. The project assumes the adaptation of workplaces in order to reduce the diagnosed burdens of the osteoarticular system and improve safety.Educational meetings in the field of mental health - coping with stress and preventing burnout, meetings with physiotherapists/medical practitioners.work on health risk factors in the workplace and providing preventive tests were established.The activities in the project are aimed at prolonging the professional activity of UP and eliminating diagnosed risks aimed at eliminating health risk factors in the workplace, including ergonomics of work and the implementation of psychological support programmes for employees, under the specific objective ESF+.CP4.D: Support the adaptation of workers, enterprises and entrepreneurs to change, support active and healthy ageing and a healthy and well-adapted working environment that addresses health risks Priority 6 European Funds for Active Western Pomerania, Measure 6.7 Active and Healthy Ageing, Types 1-3. The objective will be confirmed by output indicators: Number of supported micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (including cooperatives and social enterprises) – 1, Number of employed persons, including self-employed persons, supported by the scheme – 20, Number of employers supported to improve the working environment 1 and result indicator: The number of people who, as a result of the implementation of support in the field of outplacement / improvement of the working environment, took up work or continued employment - 20 people. The project provides support for wasps. 55 + (15% GD) The project is in line with regional and local needs resulting from current statistical data, including demographic data, epidemiological data, data from the Social Insurance Institution, Labour Inspectorate on accidents at work - results from the data included in the diagnosis. When carrying out the diagnosis, the applicant took into account the data contained in the map of health needs / data contained in the Database of Systemic and Implementation Analyses platform made available by the Ministry of Health, but mainly concentrated due to the lack of data available at the level of detail specified by the specificity of the project from the Labour Inspectorate control data and data from the workplace. As part of the analysis, a personal survey of employees was carried out. On the basis of the diagnosis, the actions were precisely tailored to the real needs of WN and its employees. The project is in line with the objectives set out in the Healthy Future. Health System Loss/Development Framework 2021-2027 with a 2030 perspective in the implementation of actions: 1) in the field of prevention of workplace-related diseases, 2) related to increasing knowledge on health risk factors in the workplace and preventive or corrective actions in the field of harmful or annoying factors occurring in the workplace, 3) in the field of mental health prevention in the form of, for example, workshops on coping with stress and preventing burnout 4) in the field of preventive screening. The project meets the specific quality criteria (Ksj) Nos 1,2,3 and 4.
