The main objective of the project is to: On 27 August 2025, 33 (K-25, M-8) employees of the Malechowo Commune Office will receive a chance to continue employment, thanks to implemented comprehensive programs aimed at eliminating health risk factors in the workplace, including in the field of work ergonomics, as well as the implementation of psychological support programs for employees. The project will achieve the expected results: 33 people (K-25, 8-M) who continued their employment as a result of outplacement/improvement support. The main results of the project are: permanent change in the situation of the target group, - preservation of ergonomic workplaces, - acquisition of knowledge in the field of health risk factors in the workplace and preventive or corrective actions in the field of harmful or annoying factors occurring in the workplace, - ability to cope with stress, - prevention of the occurrence of factors negatively affecting health at the workplace. The main tasks that will be carried out as part of the project: 1. Task in the field of prevention of workplace-related diseases. 2. Task related to increasing knowledge about health risk factors in the workplace and preventive or corrective actions in the field of harmful or annoying factors occurring in the workplace. 3. Tasks in the field of mental health prevention in the form of, for example, workshops in the field of coping with stress and counteracting burnout. 4. Tasks in the field of preventive screening. The target group of the project are people who are employees of the Municipal Office of Malechowo (a total of 33 people, including 25 women and 8 men) and employers as defined in the competition documentation. The project is not implemented before the date of submission of the application for co-financing. Applicant's registered office at least one year before the date of submitting the application for co-financing in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship. The applicant did not receive funding under measure RPZP.06.08.00-IP.02-32-K73/22. In the case of providing medical services/services, they will be provided by an entity performing medical activities authorized to do so under the provisions of generally applicable law.
