(CRYT. SPE. ADMISSION. No. 2). In addition, the goals have been embedded in the policy of Pomerania Zach. aimed at conducting a harmonious policy of innovation development, providing support tools for society, economy, science and the natural environment. The goals set in the innovation strategy refer to the West Pomeranian Development Strategy to 2030, as well as respond to the challenges presented by the UN in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. In the innovation strategy we can read about: • equal access to quality and inclusive education geared to the needs of the modern labour market. The tasks provided for in the project and related to conducting individual meetings with career counseling and examination of professional predispositions implement the objectives of the strategy. • the need to develop digital competences enabling efficient and safe use of modern technological solutions. One of the project’s objectives is to develop digital skills by providing participants with access to innovative learning methods and the development of key and digital competences. • the need to support the importance of greening and the transition to a green economy at every stage of learning. The answer to these demands in the project are tasks related to the development of green competences for students. In addition, according to the report ‘Mental health of children and young people’ presented at a meeting at the Ministry of Education and Science in April 2023, the mental state of children and young people requires, inter alia, social education and the promotion of mental health. Improving mental health awareness in schools and introducing psychoeducation into curricula is also key. The HBSC 2020 report published on the website of the Institute of Mother and Child shows that ‘the image of one’s own body and the perception of oneself as too fat or a little too fat by Polish teenagers puts Polish girls in the 1st position (with the highest indicator) in the ranking of 43 countries in each age group (11, 13 and 15 years old)’. The results of boys in these age groups are equally worrying. In response to the researched social phenomena concerning mental health, the Applicant included psychological assistance in the project. Diagnosis of emotional state and individual psychological support for students and development of competences regarding the development of the Emotional-Psychological Support System among teachers in the schools included in the project is a solid program aimed at shaping a sustainable system of psychological support in schools based on highly educated staff.
