III and IV general secondary schools and classes VII-VIII primary schools offer educational and vocational counselling, 3) professional development of 453 (387K, 66M) teachers in the field of the application of individualization of teaching, development of their digital competences, the use of effective methods of education, providing psychological and pedagogical assistance, working with a student with special educational needs, developing key competences, ICT tools, shaping green competences in students, inclusiveness and equal treatment, 4) equipping subject workshops for the needs of teaching based on the method of experimentation, 5) improving the conditions for conducting inclusive education. The following results will be achieved: at least 2754 (1476K,1278M) students will acquire key qualifications or competences after leaving the programme, 408 (348K,60M) teachers will obtain qualifications or competences after leaving the programme, 321 (183K, 138M) teachers will obtain qualifications or competences after leaving the programme, 321 (183K, 138M) teachers will obtain qualifications in digital competences after leaving the programme.
