All the activities provided for in the project result from the identified needs identified in the Individual Diagnosis of Educational Needs of each of the schools participating in the project. Vocational school curricula and the adopted examination system impose the need to conduct classes and educate students in knowledge and skills at a level often insufficient for the modern labour market and the needs of employers. The changing labour market, new technologies such as artificial intelligence or the green transition process force modern school not only to change the teaching of students, but also to increase their motivation and introduce disadvantaged students to the education process. It is important to renew the professional qualifications of teachers and adapt the techno-teaching base of schools to contemporary challenges. Bearing these considerations in mind, we envisage in the project actions that will compensate or support the above-mentioned problems and the need for development: organisation of various types of training for students, many of which will result in national and international certificates recognised by employers, organisation of competence training in narrow but very attractive courses on the labour market, internships with employers, scholarships for students, organisation of extracurricular activities at school and outside school, vocational counselling activities, psychological support for students as part of workshops/open actions to replace aggression, coping with stress and depression. The above actions will improve the situation of a given group of students on the labour market after leaving school. For teachers: postgraduate studies and courses, training and short internships (workplace visits), which will allow you to quickly and dynamically show current trends in a given profession. Purchase of highly specialized simulators, modern equipment, equipment, examination stands. Adaptation of the rooms to the technical requirements of modern teaching equipment. The measures of the project will allow schools to significantly improve their situation in the long term.
