Koszalin School of Professionals - Stage I

The high evaluation of the educational offer of a modern vocational school is determined by the combination of standard. formal vocational education. with enabling students to participate in extracurricular forms of vocational education. and gain professional experience as soon as possible. with employers. This allows you to achieve synergy effect, thanks to which you can deliver to the labour market perfectly qualified. graduates of the profession. This is a prerequisite for a fast-growing and competitive economy. Therefore, a special place in the development of gosp. Koszalin and thus ZIT KKBOF and Zach-Pom. are occupied by vocational schools. It is thanks to them that graduates can very quickly appear on the labor market. For this to be possible, the following conditions must be met: schools and jobs must work together, students must have the opportunity - in addition to learning by school curriculum - to obtain an additional qualification, competences and entitlements, desired on the labour market - adapted to the specifics of a given profession, and to develop a comp key; Vocational teachers should have a background in the profession being taught, and schools should have a teaching base that is able to reflect nature's working conditions. In fact, most schools in the KKBOF area do not meet the expectations of local teachers, because they implement the inadequacy of the curriculum, changes in the requirements of the exams generate the need for a complete database of lectures, which would be adapted to the applicable standards of the profession. and to the requirements of the exam axis. The answer to the diagnosed problems will be the implementation of the project, which GŁ. The aim is to increase by 31 December 2026 the quality and availability of vocational education in 21 professions run by 5 teams of vocational schools from Koszalin. This goal will be implemented through adapting vocational education to the needs of the labour market, improving the competences and qualifications of teachers, organizing additional forms of education beyond the curriculum for students, organizing additional classes in the field of general education and psych assistance.-pedag., equipping schools with modern teaching aids, developing cooperation with the community environment of schools, including through the organization of vocational internships for students at employers and developing students' key competences. In addition, the project aims to improve the availability of 4 school teams (ZS1, ZS8, ZS9, ZS10) by adapting the infrastructure to the needs of OzN, purchasing equipment in the field of inclusive education and improving the competence of staff employed in schools in the field of working with children from SPE/OzN. The implementation of the project will contribute to the creation of conditions for comprehensive development and further improvement of the quality of the following professions: food and catering techniques, i.e. hotel industry, i.e. tourism organisation, i.e. logistics, i.e. retailer and i.e. economist/accountant, i.e. surveyor, i.e. sanitary engineering, i.e. landscape architecture, i.e. construction, i.e. hairdressing services, i.e. food technology, i.e. electronics, i.e. electrics and electronics, i.e. motor vehicles, i.e. mechanics, freight forwarders, motor vehicle mechanics, automotive electromechanics. The project is complementary to the assumptions set out in the KKBOF ITI Strategy for 2021 - 2030 and refers to strategic objective 1 - KKBOF ensuring the development of education and based on cooperation networks. The implementation of the project refers to the ITI Strategy Priority 1.1. High quality vocational education at KKBOF. The project directly contributes to the achievement of result and output indicators of the KKBOF ITI Strategy in relation to vocational education. - Number of pupils and students in schools and vocational education institutions with support (462=140K+322M); - Number of pupils in schools and vocational training institutions participating in apprenticeships. (331 = 93K,238M); - Number of students who acquired a qualification after leaving the programme (professional) (393 = 120K,273M); - Number of staff of schools and educational institutions who obtained a qualification after leaving the progr. (92=65K,27M). The implementation of the project will contribute to the improvement of the saturation of the doc groups and thus to the achievement of the specific objective. OJ 6.10.
