The aim of the project is to increase the availability of care services for at least 50 elderly people living in the Stargard Municipality by the end of November 2026. The target group is the elderly aged 65+ living in the Municipality of Stargard and requiring support (independent) in the field of care services or an assistant. As part of the planned activities, 9600 hours of assistant services will be organized for 30 project participants, 11670 hours of care services, organization of telecare services for 30 project participants, 2820 hours of daily respite care for real carers of older people covered by the project. In addition, some project participants will be able to benefit from nursing, health and dietary advice, and all those willing, as needed, from psychological support and legal consultations of MOPS specialists. The main effect of the project will be to increase accessibility for older people to the above-mentioned services during the project implementation period and to cover people who do not use these forms of support so far. The implementation of the project will allow additional people (new assistants, carers) to acquire competences in the field of social services, which the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Stargard will be able to use after the end of the ESF funding of the project.
