New services in Kołobrzeg CUS

Project implemented in the area of GM Kołobrzeg (western province). The Social Services Centre in Kołobrzeg was established by Resolution of the Kołobrzeg City Council No LVII/866/22 of 28 December 2022, the resolution entered into force on 1 April 2023. The stage of diagnosing the needs and potential of the local community was carried out within the own resources of the Municipality of Kołobrzeg. In the process of creating CUS Kołobrzeg, EU-ESF funds were not used under Measure 2.8 POWER Development of social services provided in the local environment. The aim of the project is to support the process of creating CUS in Kołobrzeg and to expand the offer of social services by 30.06.2027 by supporting at least 1300 residents of the city, including at least 925 K and at least 130 people with disabilities, including at least 90K. Objective in line with CP4.K.The main results are: - covering min.1120 UP, including min. 810 K services provided in the local community (prophylaxis/rehabilitation of the elderly, psychological support, mobile podological services, cleaning services - window cleaning, cleaning graves, etc.); - providing support to at least 40 actual/informal caregivers, including at least 25 K in the form of short-term respite care in 3 forms (in the place of residence of a dependent person or in an adapted institution - a stay of several hours or 24 hours); - providing assistance services to at least 18 persons with disabilities, including at least 8K; provision of assistance services by at least 2 persons; - covering at least 130 persons with disabilities, including at least 90 K; - providing social services to at least 140 people from families with children, in particular those affected by caring and educational problems; development of the service model of social economy entities - by commissioning at least 30% of funds planned to finance social services; The activities of the project include: 1. Reconstruction of the entrance and service area for residents with adaptation to the needs of people with disabilities and basic equipping of workplaces for the social services organizer (OUS), coordinators of individual social services plans (KIPUS) and local community organizers (OSL). 2. Implementation of social services for participants from target groups (prophylaxis-rehabilitation, respite care, personal assistance of a disabled person, psychological support, mobile podologist, mobile hairdresser, cleaning services - window cleaning, cleaning services in the cemetery, services for families with children - Parents' Academy, economic and social education, family therapy, mediation in a family with conflict, sexual counseling, prevention of modern addictions, purchase of rehabilitation equipment in order to order PES to run equipment rental. The selection of sp. services for GD results from the current diagnosis of the needs and potential of the local community, which is planned to be updated at the turn of 2025/26. OUS and KIPUS. 3. Implementation of community services in the field of organizing the local community for GD and the environment (integration, animation, educational workshops, promotion of a healthy lifestyle, equal opportunities and non-discrimination, etc.). OSL. Target groups: 1. UP in need of support in everyday functioning due to age, health condition, ON; 2. actual/informal caregivers; 3. persons in need of assistance services and OON assistants; 4. UP with families with children, mainly with care problems. - upbringing; 5 the elderly. The implementation of the project will contribute to the local development of social services, which will be adopted for implementation by an appropriate resolution of the city council in the form of a social services program/s. In the process of creating CUS, there is institutional and statutory durability. The Manager's staff will gain experience in implementing and organizing social services.
