The aim of the project is to increase access to social services through the development of forms of support and care in everyday life of people at risk of exclusion due to age, health condition, disability, including those in need of support in everyday functioning and dependent during the period of: 01.09.2024 to 31.01.2027 in the municipality of Stepnica. Activities will increase the effectiveness of the support system for the above-mentioned people with a guarantee to keep them active and independent in the local environment / outside institutional support. The project concerns social services provided in the local community in the City and Commune of Stepnica (type 2) for at least 100 people, including 50 people. (30 K) in the form of care services, including neighbourhood services and specialist care services provided in environmental forms, including services promoting the idea of volunteering, financing the establishment and operation of the rental of support equipment (increasing the independence of these people) and care equipment (necessary for the care of these people)and financing the rental of this equipment. This includes support for people providing care services in the form of first aid training: 2 caregivers at the Contractor and 10 people from the environment of people in need of support (OPW) (type 3) providing neighborly services. The project guarantees an increase in the number of social services places compared to 2023: increase by at least 36 persons covered by care services and by 2 persons providing care services and by 10 persons providing neighbouring care services and introduction of specialist care services provided at the place of residence by at least 2 persons providing them. The activities (under type 5) will be complemented by the implementation of forms of activity in the Active Senior Center formula for at least 50 people, seniors at risk of exclusion due to age with the implementation of forms of social, educational and integration activities. Results/Products: - Number of persons covered by social services provided in the local community 100 GIPs, (25 M) of which 10 OzN; - Number of persons providing services in the local community: 12 pers., which will lead to an increase of 12 pers. creation of rehabilitation equipment rental and financing for people, and the Active Senior Center, -Number of actual op.actual supported - 5 pers. . The above-mentioned objective of the project is in line with the specific objective indicated in SZOP FEPZ 21-27, in terms of increasing equal and rapid access to good quality, sustainable and affordable services, which will support person-centred care, modernisation of social protection systems, including support for access to social protection. The implementation of the project will be based on the resolution of the City Council Resolution No. II/15/24 of the City Council of STEPNICA of 27 June 2024 on detailed conditions for granting and paying for care services and specialist care services, excluding specialist care services for people with mental disorders and detailed conditions for partial or total exemption from fees, as well as the mode of their collection and detailed conditions for granting neighbourhood services, size and zakr.
