The subject of the project is the reconstruction of the yacht port, consisting in: 1. Demolition of degraded floating platforms based on reinforced concrete floats 15 pcs. and demolition of plastic platform 1 pcs. 2. Dropping into the bottom of the pool of steel piles as dalb anchoring new reinforced concrete floating piers. 3. Installation of 21 new piers (including the Bosman Bridge with storage and social container for the petty officer, the Fuel Bridge and for personal watercraft). 4. Replacement of postutents for electricity and water consumption. 5. adapting the electricity and water supply network to the new bridge system, by making an external water supply system and a power supply system. 6. execution of single-hole teletechnical sewerage for fiber optic connections between the administrative buildings of the yacht port. The need to replace the bridges results from the expert opinions that have shown their far-reaching degradation. A five-year review of hydrotechnical structures carried out in 2020, including the underwater part, also revealed a very poor technical condition of the fastening of the piers: rusted chains, broken anchors, shifted anchors, tangled chains. Numerous failures adversely affect the safety of users and generate additional costs for the manager. Applicant – GMŚ is in possession of the following decisions: 1. The project is in line with the specific objective of Measure 7.1 Urban Development (ZIT) and the type of project - Support for tourism infrastructure based on endogenous potential of functional urban areas. The material scope of the project planned to be implemented fits into the assumptions of the above-mentioned action. Świnoujście as a coastal city, surrounded by waters, uses natural values to support projects affecting the development of sailing and water infrastructure. This project is one of the significant elements of the already existing tourist product, which is the West Pomeranian Sailing Route. The aim of the project is to improve the competitiveness and further development of the Yacht Port in Ś-cie, while increasing the capacity of the port and increasing the standard of services provided. Sailing tourism is one of the pillars of the Świnoujście tourism economy and the tourism economy of the region-OF SOM. As a result of the project, the result indicator is planned to be achieved: Number of visitors to cultural and tourist facilities supported: 21500. The doubled ‘capacity’ of the yacht port (from 220 to 470 seats) makes it possible to estimate the result at the above level on the basis of data from the port book. The planned promotional activities will allow to reach the target group - sailors - with information about the port reconstruction, thus achieving and maintaining the result indicator is ensured. Information and publicity measures: 1. Cost-free forms of promotion on www.swinoujscie.pl, www.osir.swinoujscie.pl and in the media of the city in the form of information containing a short description, objectives and results of the project and the fact of receiving financial support from the EU. 2.Documents created during the implementation of the project, made available to the public, will contain appropriate logotypes referring to EU co-financing 3.In the Port of Yacht. an information board will be installed in accordance with the principles of Art. 50 of Reg. of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2021/1060.
