The project involves the renovation of piers and the expansion of the boathouse in the marina. The marina was built in 2015. For 8 years, the number of yachts operated at the marina has increased significantly, which forces the renovation of mooring piers and the expansion of the existing boathouse building, which is a sanitary facility for tourists. 1. Renovation works will concern bay bridges. On the breakwater pier, it is planned to replace wooden beams with polyurethane fenders. Due to the deteriorating condition of wooden elements of bay platforms, resulting from the long-term direct impact of environmental conditions, it was decided to replace them with elements resistant to these conditions. It is proposed to replace: — wooden deck boards on decks and landing strips for composite deck boards — wooden deck boards on Y-boms for steel gratings, — wooden beams supporting decks for cold-formed steel intersections — wooden beams for polyurethane fenders Due to the designed use of heavier materials: composite deck boards and deck support beams – steel, it is necessary to increase the number of concrete floats (‘cubes’) on each pier. 2. The extension of the bosmanate will consist in designing and adding to the existing bosmanate building two toilets (men's and women's), two washbasins (men's and women's), two showers (men's and women's) utility room and a vestibule. The total expansion area will be 46.9 m2. The pavement paved with concrete cube was also designed to reach the building water and sewage installation. The social rooms will be equipped with a control panel that allows direct temperature control. A temporary temperature controller will be installed to allow an individual heating schedule to be drawn up. The above solution will significantly improve the economics of rational heat consumption in accordance with the individual expectations of users. The rooms will be heated with an electric heater with a thermostatic head. . The pavement paved with concrete cube was also designed to reach the building water and sewage installation. Parameters of the expanded part of the Bosmanate: extension length 11.86 m width 4.86 m expansion area is 46.90 m2. After the extension, the total usable area of the building will be 148.7 m2. The most important stages of the project are the development of project documentation, which has already taken place. Subsequently, the contractor for the construction works and the contractor for the repair of mooring bridges will be selected through a public procurement procedure. A supervisory inspector responsible for the proper implementation of the construction works will be employed. As part of the project, information and promotion activities will be carried out. These actions will be in line with Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 June 2021 and the ‘Handbook on information and publicity for the applicant and beneficiary of European Funds 2021-2027’. An information board will be installed on the building of the bosmanate, a description of the project will be posted on the website of the Municipality of Stepnica. All project products will be accessible to all users, including persons with disabilities in accordance with accessibility standards appropriate to the scope of the project (including the concept of universal design), without any discrimination.
