The task is aimed at revitalizing the green area along the boulevards, i.e. establishing new lawns, introducing plantings of shrubs and perennials, installing small architecture objects, building pedestrian and bicycle paths. The implementation of the project develops the existing product and will definitely improve the quality of the service offered. The investment shall comply with the Specific Objective of Measure 7.1 by: 1. Integrated social, economic and environmental development: • Revitalisation of green spaces: The project will contribute to improving the quality of life of residents by creating an attractive public space, which promotes social integration. • Hiking and cycling paths: Improving communication infrastructure supports environmental sustainability and promotes healthy lifestyles. 2. Culture and natural heritage: • Floating platform, observation decks, footbridges: These infrastructure elements will enable better access to the natural values of the Parsęta River, promoting the local natural heritage. • Recreation and recreation areas: The organisation of cultural and social events in new urban spaces supports cultural development. 3. Sustainable tourism: • New tourism infrastructure: The project will contribute to increasing the tourist attractiveness of the area, attracting more tourists and supporting the local economy. • Promotion of sustainable tourism: The introduction of cycling and walking paths promotes ecological forms of transport. 4. Safety in urban areas: • Lighting and monitoring: Providing adequate lighting and monitoring in new public spaces will increase the safety of residents and tourists. The project also conforms to the Project Type: Support for tourism infrastructure based on endogenous potential of functional urban areas, in terms of: • Endogenous potentials: The project uses the natural values of the Parsęta River and existing green areas, which fits into the idea of using the endogenous potential of functional urban areas. • Modernised urban space: The creation of a new urban space along the boulevards above Parsęta, with separate transport routes and recreation and recreation zones, supports the development of local tourist infrastructure. • Recreation and leisure facilities: The floating platform, observation decks and footbridges will further increase the tourist attractiveness of the area, attracting residents and tourists. Scope of the task: - Reconstruction of the sanitary and electrical sewerage network, - Construction of the electrical network with a connection for the purpose of supplying lighting, installation of lighting poles and luminaires, - Construction of the monitoring network, - Construction of the water and sewer connection and the electrical network, - Execution of the rainwater drainage system, - Execution of stairs to the right and left-bank, - Execution of the construction of a floating platform with descent, - Execution of overhangs on the right-bank, - Execution of observation terraces on the left-bank, - Assembly of concrete brackets, - Installation of balustrade and small architecture objects, - Reconstruction of water equipment: The retaining wall. The result of creating the available recreational space provided for in the project is to be, among others, a significant increase in pedestrian traffic. The result indicator of the project is ‘Number of visitors to cultural and tourist sites supported’. Thanks to promotional campaigns on social media, local media or websites, information about this project will be made available to a wide range of recipients. The organization of inaugural events, festivals, concerts and other activities will also attract residents and tourists. It is also important to ensure accessibility for persons with disabilities, families with children, cyclists and other user groups. Project promotion will comply with the requirements for beneficiaries to carry out information and promotion activities for projects co-financed by the European Union.
