As part of the project, telecommunications infrastructure will be created, which will provide Internet access at speeds of at least 300 Mbps from WSD and 100 Mbps to WSD for households, as well as at least 1 Gbps for institutions and SED address points. In the area of 5.24.17.b, the project will be implemented in the following communes: Milówka, Rajcza, Węgska-Górka, Ujsoły located in the Żywiec County. During the implementation of the project, the Beneficiary will create access conditions in accordance with the requirements of the FERC call for 2,364 address points as a primary address point, covering 2,397 premises and 166 enterprises. Within the scope of the project, an own investment of PLN 10 548 364.56 will be implemented. The planned actions concern the modernisation of six access nodes. The traffic exchange point will be organized in Żywiec at ul. It's a shaft. Much of the fibre network will be built using existing technical equipment, such as: low and medium voltage power grid poles, telecommunication poles or lighting poles. As a result of the project, 223 km of the network will be built on a pole substructure and 68 km of the ground network (including about 1 km using the existing sewerage and technological ducts). It is worth noting that as part of the competition task, the POPC network implemented by the Beneficiary through its expansion will be partially used.
