The project aims to provide access to high-quality telecommunications infrastructure and modern, fixed electronic communications services in the area Construction of NGA networks in the area 5.14.05.a (widespread digitalisation). These services will be provided over very high capacity networks. The project is part of the implementation of the National Broadband Plan. The network will cover 8,337 address points from digitally excluded areas (the so-called white spots, which are the most unprofitable from the point of view of commercial investment), including 8,740 households (residential premises) and 1,180 enterprises. Additional own investments will amount to PLN 3 907 762.5. As part of the project, a FTTH fiber optic network will be built. For all PAs, the availability of services with parameters not lower than: a) minimum guaranteed bandwidth measured on CPE down from the CPE access node (download) - 300 Mbps; b) minimum guaranteed bandwidth measured on CPE upwards from CPE to the Upload node - 100 Mbps. This will contribute to reducing the differences in access to high-speed Internet in individual regions of Poland. The infrastructure will be able (ready/scalable) to provide services with capacity measured in Gbps.
