The aim of the Project is to improve the process of doing business in Poland by providing new digital services and functionalities. As a result of the Project, a completely new e-service will be created, and the existing solutions for entrepreneurs will also be modernized. The result will be an acceleration of the pace of digital transformation of Polish companies. The subject of the Project is the construction of a new e-service of public electronicization of contracts and personnel documents and the modernization of the existing e-service of submitting and receiving documents electronically via the Biznes.gov.pl system. This will expand the catalogue of electronic services for the entrepreneur. As a result of the actions taken, the Single Digital Gateway technical system adapted to cross-border needs will also be made available. By expanding the Biznes.gov.pl portal, its users - mainly entrepreneurs - will be able to service a new public e-service: digitalization of contracts and personnel documents. The service at level 5 of maturity (personalization) will consist in the possibility of issuing and concluding a contract with an employee or contractor and exchanging other personnel documents, and then transferring this documentation to the central system maintained by the Ministry of Family and Social Policy. As part of the new public e-service, the entrepreneur will be able to primarily: 1. prepare and issue a document of an employment contract or commission contract; 2. check the status of the case concerning the concluded contract or other personnel documentation; 3. pre-fill the form on social security or tax receivables; 4. keep personnel records of its employees or contractors; 5. manage the rights of company representatives to the module; 6. issue a certificate of work. In addition, in the project perspective, it will be possible to: - Calculation of the employee's annual leave; - Calculation of the total amount of tax due on the employment of an employee or contractor; - Reminder of the expiring date of employee surveys; However, the option of implementing these functionalities (locally or in integration with the external system) will be agreed during the implementation of the design works. In addition to making the new public e-service available, the project envisages increasing the degree of maturity of the existing public e-service for submitting and receiving documents electronically via the Entrepreneur Information Point (level 4 – integration). As part of the existing e-service, the catalogue of payment methods will be expanded. In addition, some of the implemented cases will be switched/extended from the ePUAP transmission channel planned to expire in 2029 to the e-Services channel. In addition, as a result of the Project, entrepreneurs will be able to handle cross-border cases through a shared and implemented Technical System for the Single Digital Gateway. In order to integrate with the processes of the SDG Technical System, it is assumed that the CEIDG system will be modernized. It is also planned to use the new GOV/mCitizen portal styleguide in order to maintain the greatest possible consistency of user experience in the use of government portals. As part of the Project, it is planned to migrate systems to the cloud (with the CEIDG system already being hosted in the cloud) - with the optional use of the Government Cloud. The existing technological standards of Biznes.gov.pl and CEIDG systems will be maintained, also in terms of new components (especially the SDG system), the same security and network assumptions will be adopted. In terms of data exchange standards, the modernized and created systems will be adapted to the interfaces offered by external systems.
