The aim of the project is to provide funds for the financing of the Office of Electronic Communications’ human resources necessary to perform the tasks entrusted and services provided by the President of UKE during the implementation of the FERC, in accordance with the provisions and parameters of the Tripartite Agreement on the implementation of certain tasks related to the implementation of Priority I ‘Increasing access to ultra-fast broadband internet’ of the European Funds for Digital Development 2021-2027 programme (hereinafter referred to as the FERC Agreement), concluded on 27 November 2023 between the Minister for Funds and Regional Policy, the Digital Poland Project Centre (hereinafter referred to as the ‘CPPC’) and the President of UKE, the documents indicated in the preamble to the Agreement and the competition documentation for individual calls implemented under Priority I ‘Increasing access to ultra-fast broadband internet’ of FERC, and for the proper performance of the functions of the Intermediate Body (IB) and specialised bodies under the European Funds for Digital Development 2021-2027 programme (FERC). The project will finance salaries of people employed in UKE, including: salaries of persons employed under an employment contract with prizes, activity allowances, additional annual remuneration (DWR) on salaries and activity allowances paid in 2023 and Employee Capital Plans.
